Rite Aid

I had a really awesome experience at the Walgreens on 2nd Ave in Watervliet NY this morning. The cashier (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) on register one (closest to the door) was very patient with and kind to me, not only at the register, but I’m physically handicapped, and was shopping alone. I had a lot of heavy bags, and when I realized I couldn’t take the cart out of the store, she came over and said she would help me carry the bags to my vehicle! THEN, a young male employee (can’t remember HIS name either, but it began with a H) came to our aid, and proceeded to get my bags to my vehicle! There ARE still good hearted people out there, and I found 2 today!!!! Thank you

5 stars for Tineka, she is the best employee of this place!! She is kind, sweet, efficient and she definitely cares about her clients. I went there on Tuesday just before closing time, I needed pictures for a French passport and nobody had been able to provide me this service! My appointment to the Consulate was on Thursday morning, so I was in a hurry. She offered me to come back the day after, before 8am to take care of this for me. I was there on Wednesday, 7.45am, she was too. She opened the store earlier for me and took my pictures. They were perfect, I Could leave the place at 8am so that my daughter could be on time at school. I am really grateful. Walgreens should be happy to have such an employee. She is gold!! Thank you Tineka, you saved my life ❤

Went for booster and flu shot. Place was busy. Staff were visibly trying to do best could get ppl in and out. Only rude ppl I saw were customers mad a doctor office did not send a prescription in yet or they just got the order and expected it to be filled faster than possible.

GREAT STAFF!! I love going to Rite Aid in Watervliet, NY. The Rite Aid Staff is phenomenal. Both the Pats, Sheena, Jessica, Meg, Jeremy, and Candice. I love the when I walk in I am always greeted, all of the associates I named really make this Rite Aid stand out from any other Rite Aid and any other store. The way they all communicate with the customers in different ways to achieve the same goal is amazing. It's like their not even working, their just talking to a friendly face and some times people really need that. Candice always assisting with any and all hair products, Meg and Sheena with just about anything in the store. Jessica with the perfume sales, rite aid card deals and Jeremy always making customers laugh. It's not just with me.. I see the way these Rite Aid employees interact with a lot of the customers, I assume there are a lot of repeats because they know their names. It's like a communities store, everyone knows or will know everyone and when I see the way the Rite Aid associates interact with other customers or patiently listen to someone vent about prescription prices, it makes me happy. I return every time for that over any product or deal. I love this Rite Aid.

I have edited a previous post that was negative to say that yesterday's visit to the pharmacy for a Covid booster was very pleasant and efficient. The pharmacy staff gets 5 stars. The store seemed cleaner and neater than in previous visits, and the young woman at the checkout up front was very nice. Hopefully, this store is on the upswing.

Not a bad place for your prescriptions and stuff I find that Walgreens is a little pricey as far as other things go pretty much most of the products to me or a little expensive but it's the closest place to my house so that's where I go
