The employees were so nice and caring and their roast coffee is delicious to the last drop. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Went through the drive thru this morning and at both windows the customer service was wonderful. This place has the kindest employees that I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant and my coffee was delicious

Waited on very quickly. The associate went above and beyond relaying my special order to the cook in person. Fries were HOT. Didn't want to jinx the experience and ask for an ice cream....the machine is always broke!

This location is always really good! Fast drive thru and is even faster inside.

Fast! Always hot & if for some reason it takes longer than usual this location gives out free stiff (pies etc) For your inconvenience.

Drive thru service is always good, however, the wait inside the restaurant is atrocious if there are more than two people in line. Otherwise this place always has a clean atmosphere and friendly employees.

Always fresh, never dried out. They pour my tea in a cup! Exactly how i like it, idk how they even do it! My order is always correct!

New Lebanon is my home town of course and this Macdonalds is pretty good for a quick little unhea.... no..... bite to eat.( sidetone very unhealthy but ooooooo sooo delicious) so yeah I know I’m only 11 and all but still yummmmy

Very clean, tidy location. I just wish McDonald's offered something vegetarian. How about an Impossible Big Mac? As it is my visits are infrequent.
