I've always enjoyed Lowe's and My recent visit didn't disappoint. Shout-out to Jimmy and Carl for all their hard work and help! Carl is a Veteran and I appreciated his services helping me with my Christmas Tree!

Always have good stuff to say about Lowe's. We frequent here weekly. Being able to leave a job site rush to lowes and always grab what ever we might need at that time. Never any lines, always in stock. I'd recommend that Lowe's get something like a customer perks. Like earn points towards rewards to buy stuff. Because them rewards come in handy at stores when your running a little low. But over all Lowe's your doing great

Purchased my new refrigerator here. Saleswoman, Pat, made it surprisingly quick and easy for me to choose the right one. She was highly knowledgeable about the products. Very friendly and helpful.

Returned new damaged item. Great service with the problem resolved in a speedy manner with a new item.

Most of all the people that work at Lowe's will bend over backwards to help you out and treat you with the utmost respect

I like this place go here often. The staff is very helpful.

I built a sweet grow house harvesting big pounds of that sticky icky. Employees very helpful they know the tricks of trade.

Lowes employee helped me load plywood making my job way easier I would of tipped him if I had cash on me!

I ordered 20 boxes online. I went to pick them up. I didn’t get any help to pick them up or to load them in the car, which is fine, I am capable. They just stared at me. I didn’t have all my boxes I ordered 20 only had 17. So I went to the store and they were more than willing to correct the issue.

Very clean and organized, customer service guy, Mike, is awesome, he was very professional and a great help. We were able to get things done and delivery scheduled.

Clean no hassle shopping. Many clearance areas with good help close by for questions. Here your not followed & watched for a sale like they would work on commission .. You can look for bargains and this place has them. The staff is sparsely placed like many businesses but, help is their if you need it. We were able to find everything we needed. Check out was also clean and friendly.. Management is super here. Always goes the extra for the customer.

I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name, but a woman in the Garden Dept was VERY helpful. Not only did she show me where the mulch was, she got a cart, loaded 4 bags & took it up to the checkout for me. These days good service like this is very hard to find & it made my day by her helpfulness & kindness! Then after checking out, the wonan at checkout called for someone to help load the mulch in my car. I drove up & a very nice man loaded it into my trunk. I will definitely be coming back & recommending this store to others. Very impressed with the employees I encountered!

I am fond of their new curbside service. It allows me to do more shopping with them. It does not take long for my order/orders to get to my car. The employees are always friendly. Lowe's seem to read their reviews. I've seen some results in my opinion that tells me they're reading them and they care. The way they have simplified their check-in service is great. This is how I know they are listening to what their customers are saying. I've said it before in my reviews to them that I would be comfortable paying $1 for curbside service, as it is a service. This would help pay for their employees' time. Also the products I've purchased have been durable and in good condition. I read reviews too so their are some products I pick up instead of delivery.

Came here to deliver a load, and Kathy(Recieving Department), Store Manager(Erika) & Haily helped me a lot. Those ladies went out of their way to help me out. Definitely coming back here with another load. Thanks, ladies.

The young lady associate in the appliances (refrigerator purchased), was the most helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant retailer that I've experienced in the last 20 years . Outstanding. I felt cared for.

Christina in kitchens is the best. Got everything I needed for countertops (which I was told elsewhere was not possible) and installed perfectly. Very pleased.

Melanie in the Garden Center is super knowledgeable & friendly! She helped me find what I was looking for & walked me through exactly how to care for the plants I was buying. She even went to get a shopping cart so I could set my toddler down for a minute. Highly recommend talking to Melanie for anything Garden Center related - she deserves a raise!
