Such friendly people. I used to own my own hardware store, so I speak with some knowledge. I went in to have extra keys made for my classic car. Of course I cannot all them to guarantee the cut, but they all worked well.

Love and work at KOA. 3 miles away. Has a lot of our needs without driving a long way or dealing with crowds. Very friendly and helpful. Like using them. Have for years.

I had to repair a leak in my kitchen sink, and after calling a plumber who tried to over charge me, I decided to do it myself. I went in to Colonial Heights Hardware, and everyone was super helpful. I explained the problem, and they showed me what I needed and even explained how I should do the job. While looking at products, they gave me several options and didn't try to make me buy unnecessary tools. Even had a customer, who was a plumber, help me. I found their prices inexpensive, and will definitely start shopping here for my DIY projects!

I didn't spend a lot time here--just to get a couple of house keys made--but it was a good experience. The staff were polite, helpful and attentive, and I got what I needed pretty quickly. I'll likely come here again for any hardware or related needs in the future.

Took some screens in to be reworked at the recommendation of Window World . They did a great job and was beyond fair on their pricing! Will def use them over the big box every chance I get. You just can’t get that kind of customer service in the big box stores . Thanks CHH.

They had a great selection and very reasonable prices. They also make keys. And they sell air filters. And it felt good to shop with a small business instead of going to walmart.

Quick easy friendly. They have most things I need. They are always ready to help. If you like Walgreens over Walmart or you don't know exactly what you are looking for, or if you don't want to drive 20 minutes one way to Lowe's, they are perfect.

The folks at colonial heights hardware are great! They are very knowledgeable and helpful people. They have items other large "box" stores don't. They are one of the last neighborhood hardware stores around and a family owned business that everyone should support.

Love the service and prices. I needed two very small set screws and they had them. Didn't have to buy 20 like at other hardware stores. It only cost me $0.64. :)

Best place to get bolts for almost anything I've been going their for 10 years or longer excellent staff they have things you can't find any where. I would almost venture to say if they don't have it you can't get it.I love that place😊

Colonial heights hardware is a place to go for good prices and excellent hardware selection. It's hard to find a store as good as this when you need items around the home or yard

We love to shop here because this store is locally owned and has been here for years. It's so nice to be able to pick up something I need here and not have to drive out of colonial heights. They have really good prices and are super helpful.

The people are great and very helpful. They stock lots of items and now they can get items not in stock very quickly. This is my favorite hardware store.

Fantastic "old school" hardware store. They have pretty much everything, plus the knowledge & experience to answer any questions- unlike the big box stores.

Always have what I need. Needed a Polaris side-by-side key cut and they had the machine to do the work and did it with class and a smile.

Helpful friendly folks. Good inventory for a small neighborhood store. My grandson loves to come with me to explore the tools and hardware.

Always very helpful and they carry all those replacement parts for older homes that are not possible to find except in specialty online restoration stores.
