The Presser Foot

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at The Presser Foot! I wanted two certain patterns and they searched all over the store for them (at least 30 minutes) until they were found. They were so very helpful.

As I was checking out and getting ready to leave, my sensor started to alert me that my blood sugar was going low. Denise jumped in and got me a Dr. Pepper and sat with me to make sure I was okay. She was not going to let me leave until it was safe for me to do so.

I am from Iowa and was just looking for things to do while my daughter was at work. I am so happy I stopped here. The service and the staff are top notch and were able to answer all my questions and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. You don’t see that in today’s world and I am very impressed with what I saw here!

I am a novice seamstress with an older model Singer that has been missing a part for a few months. I just called for some help figuring out if I needed to bring it in for a service. The woman on the phone was so helpful and even called me back to point me toward an alternate parts website where I could buy what I needed. I appreciate the great customer service! If I ever need a service I will definitely bring my machine in.

My Bernina B770 quilters edition kept jamming over and over again. I picked it up, all 35 pounds, drove to Longmont to the Presser Foot, walked in there and got help immediately. Jen came out, took my machine, told me exactly how I had it threaded incorrectly, showed me a few tricks on things I was having trouble with and voila!, it is sewing like a dream. Jen was very patient and kind and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. She said if I bought the machine there, which I did, I could attend as many classes as I needed. I haven’t because Covid hit and I have been staying away. Denise was at the desk and she helped me find all the things I need Ed to purchase. You can’t find a more helpful Bernina, Quilt Shop in this area like the presser foot. I am so grateful for everyone that works there. Thank you Jen and Denise!

I brought my sewing machine in for routine cleaning and maintenance. The folks at the desk went out of their way to treat me special. I even got to use a discount coupon. My machine was serviced and ready in 48 hours. They have a beautiful selection of fabrics at a reasonable price, too.

My wife has been a customer of The Presser Foot for many years. Machines, accessories, classes, and everything sewing related for her and our three daughters in law. The service for their Machines is also excellent.

Mel and her crew are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile to take care of their customers. This is a fun place to be and Bernina's are the best! Thank you all for taking such good care of us!

After many years in business, I recognize true professionals when I see them. Recently Mel and Jenn from the Presser Foot set up a Bernina longarm quilting system at my house and they were wonderful. Their attention to detail and thorough implementation of the system is of the highest caliber.
