Lafayette Heat & Air Conditioning

Had this AC company out at my mother’s house today the Service tech was kind and courteous. He explained everything in detail that needed attention on her unit he made suggestions on how to extend the life of the unit with her on a fixed income. All in all they are honest, service was quick, and they were reasonably priced!

The absolute best heat and air conditioning company I’ve ever dealt with. Fast to get to the house, quick with fixing our system. Very kind worker, professional, and to the point. Very pleased with the entire experience. Would highly recommend giving them a call.

I had Lafayette Heat & Air come to my house today to do a recall on a unit I purchased from another company. I was contacted by their front office before had to schedule the appointment, and they awesome to work with.

The technician was on time and contacted me, and let me know he was 10 minutes out and that's never heard of these days.

The technician was very knowledgeable, and had the repair completed in less than 20 minutes.

I can't believe there are still companies like this still around. I will always use Lafayette for anything I have in the future..

I was very happy with the service that Brock provided. He took the time to explain in simple terms what had happened. His advice on air filters has changed how I will manage this maintenance task in the future. He also treated my young child with kindness and respect- just a nice detail to mention about a super guy.

Top notch service. The whole team Kyle, Tim and Jesse were easy to work with. I did not have an air flow in my office and they were able to send a technician out the same day and had it fixed. I really appreciate their quick turnaround, especially since I have customers in and out of my office throughout the day.

Sammy Atkins is a true gem. Best service technician I know. I will only use him for all of my heating and cooling needs. If there was button for infinite stars I would press it.

Called them on a Monday with a major issue with my heat pump. They had our home cooling off in a day and ready for the up coming winter. Their tech Brock was great to work with. Highly recommend !

As a previous 72 unit property manager I used a few other companies prior to finding Lafayette. Once I did I never considered looking elsewhere. I spoke with Brenda almost daily and when ever I had an issue with a system she would almost always have someone there within a couple hours. They are very through, work quickly and the pricing was very fair. Lafayette will always be my go to. If your reading this don't waste your time looking at other companies. I promise you you too will be writing a rave review.

Lafayette Heat & Air Conditioning were true to their word and kept their promises. They performed the needed repairs in a timely manner and they were very friendly and courteous to deal with. The owner even followed-up several times by phone with us to make sure we were happy and that everything was working properly. We are very happy!

Lafayette Air Conditioning replaced my old Carrier heat pump with a new unit, and i couldn't be happier. Donnie Phillips came out and did my estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest with me. The men that put in my new heat pump were so nice. They were friendly, professional, clean, and worked hard. My new unit works great, and I can't recommend Lafayette enough.

We had a mini split unit that was broken and we couldnt get anyone to service. The people who had come out previously hadnt taken the problem seriously. Lafayette gave us quotes to either fix it or replace it. We opted to replace and they did a fantastic job of removing the old one, installing the new, and making our spare room climate controlled again at a reasonable cost. I am very happy with our experience.

Lafayette team did a great job start to finish. From the quoting process, during the installation, and through startup of the new unit. Professional, high quality, and very reasonable to work with. I love the new unit. Significantly quieter operation than the previous unit. Highly recommend and will use again for future needs.

Tech Frank was extremely accommodating and went the extra mile to get my HVAC unit functioning. He showed up at 7 am and replaced the compressor in my unit. When I returned home from work it had quit working. I called him around 5 pm and advised him of my problem and after a few phone calls, he called me back and said that he would come back to see what had failed. He arrived around 7 pm and checked the unit and determined that a high pressure switch had failed and he bypassed it and ordered the necessary part. Now this is going above and beyond what is expected . I have air conditioning now and I can''t thank him enough. I hope all of Lafayette Techs are as caring as him. This man needs a raise. Thanks Frank!!!!!

I was very impressed with all the gentlemen who came to work on my AC. Frank Vaughn went above and beyond to try to cool down my house even though the unit was shot. They all worked so hard to get my new unit in despite the sweltering heat both inside and outside. Frank was very professional and personable. I called with a problem and Lafayette fixed it. I highly recommend!

I really appreciate how professional, prompt and hard working everyone is here. I really like the people and the service they provide. I have an old house, with a cranky and increasingly geriatric HVAC system, and Lafayette has always founds solutions for my problems at a very reasonable rate. We lost heat during this last bit of really cold weather and Lafayette came out as soon as they could, fixed my system and cleaned it up really well. I would genuinely recommend them to everyone.

Great service! My AC wasn't cooling and the repair was super fast! The technician, Mr. James was super courteous and knowledgeable. He worked fast, call me before showing up and used shoe protectors (in case you are worried about your floors). Now the house is cool again!

We couldn’t have had a better experience. We were weighing our options of repair vs replacement of our outdoor unit. Donnie was great and gave us his opinion without pressure to go either way. We felt the price was very fair and the replacement was quick.
