Had to replace my system and Sonny and Darrell came out and measured and explained all the options. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly and hard working. My new American Standard system is up and running and doing a great job. Very quiet too! Thanks to Sonny and the crew for a great product at a great price! Oh. And speedy service!

Sonny Brown and his crew at Quality Heat and Aire gave me a highly professional and also down to earth installation of a quality heat pump and air handler!!they left no mess and installation was completed in a very timely fashion. When they give you a time to start, they deliver , take it to the bank!!!I would give anybody who wants to know a big 100% I would recommend and use them again!!!!

My air conditioner went out and they came out the next day. Had my unit up and running in less than an hr. On top of the repair Daryl went above amd beyond to check the rest of my system to make sure everything was running smoothly. Definitely will be using them in the future. Glad to know there are some companies that take pride in there work.

This company, Sonny and his crew are wonderful! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I trust them more than I can put into words. Other companies try to cheat you out of money. Not them! They do what they can to help you. I have two heat pumps and called over one of them not working. They checked both of them while here and found a burnt wire on the other one. The guy showed it to me, so I know they were not cheating me. I hate having housing issues but I am thankful for a honest company to call when I need them.

Sonny and his team were top notch. I had them remove an old oil heating system and replace an old heat pump with a new one. They arrived on time, were all polite, price was fair, worked through bad weather, music was great, got everything installed and working in a matter of no time. Will definitely use this crew again in the future. It can be very difficult to find trustworthy tradesmen and this crew showed me they are some of the good ones!
