McLain’s is a very professional heating and air-conditioning contractor that does just extremely good work. They are very easy to work with. Randy and the installation crew just does excellent work very efficient and cleans up after themselves. You never even know that they were there so I highly recommend McLain’s heating air and Randy and installation crew for any jobs you might have.

The guys were great. Mike came & evaluated our space & gave us a couple options. He was very informative & even helped us with a solution for a noisy return.
Randy & his crew put a mini split system in our attic/bonus room. They worked until the job was done, gave guidance about what would work best for our space, & the unit when our original
plan didn't pan out. They put it in a spot where it would be camouflaged best so it wasn't an eyesore but also functioned well. They explained how everything worked & cleaned up before they left! NO ONE was standing around twiddling their thumbs & they were here all day due to the nature of what was needed. We will be using McLain for all our HVAC needs from now on!

Big shout it to Randy and Richard! They are the shake and bake of install crews! Very courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all professional. They even noticed and repaired items that was done by a previous contractor. They took time to educate me on filters and the product they installed. Most just hand you a manual, but they took the time to show how it works and what to expect. Thank you very much Gentlemen.

We had three contractors come out and give us an estimate to fix our HVAC system and could not get them to commit to fix our unit. We called McLain Heating , Cooling, & Electrical. Mike came out, assessed the problem and offered us 6 different options with every detail! We accepted an option, made the appointment and we now have heat! Randy, Richard, and Donald came out to the house on time and when they said they would! A+ for them, since the other three contractors in the Tri-Cities area could not keep a single commitment or appointment. These three young men came out in 37 degree weather with the wind blowing and did a fantastic job. The job took them about 12 hours since they had take the indoor unit completely apart and assemble the unit piece by piece to get it up into the attic! They worked until the job was completed!! They did a great job, very friendly and professional! I highly recommend McLain Heating, Cooling, & Electrical for any heating and cooling job! They have earned a customer for life!

New Heat Pump. We have had 3 units installed over the last 32 years. Randy,Richard, and Donald came Friday to replace our old unit that had been 16 years.They were here earlier than expected.They explained everything in detail that they were going to do.They worked all day nonstop, even not taking time for lunch.Very neat work . Very good hard workers.We give them a 5 rating .Would go higher if we could.Thank you Mike for getting this done in such a short notice.

Needed a new motor in our HVAC. It took a week due to high volume and single digit temp. Emergency heat and space heaters kept us comfortable. Thankful they could get it done and we are happy to be warm again. Stan kept us informed and answered our questions. I recommend them highly.

We contracted with McLain Heating and Cooling to move the outside unit of our HVAC system. The team was prompt, good to work with. They went above and beyond on our job. The work was done well and quite efficiently. Randy, Richard and Donald did a great job!

Randy Richard and Kevin just left in the dark. 7:10 pm. They made sure I had heat in the middle of all of this snow. Furnace died day before storm. Sunday gave me cracked box news, Monday came for estimate and Tuesday went to Johnson City to bring back a unit on slick I-26 and these 3 agreed to work in the snow to get me heat. They did not have to. Many thanks guys!

Chris is very friendly and cordial. Didn't beat around the bush, after making sure what wanted he went right to work checking out our system. He gave me good quality work, quickly.

Randy, Richard and Malachi installed two new York HVAC systems in our home to replace the aging existing systems. They did an exceptional job!
