I am very impressed with the work of Integrity H&A! Dusty and his crew were right on time and did an amazing job of installing a new heat pump! They DO work with integrity and surpassed our expectations! Very reasonable as well! Let them know we would be asking them to check out our HP at our church also. Dusty is the man! He recently helped my girlfriend with an HVAC issue and did an amazing job. He arrived as soon as possible (same day!), was attentive, kind, professional, respectful, and very affordable. Due to the great experience with him, we called him again the other day for help with something else that we couldn't figure out. He basically immediately came by and quickly fixed the issue with a kind smile on his face and he was just happy to help. I get the feeling that while he may do this work to earn an honest living and take care of his family, he also treats it as like a sacred service to his fellow human beings who he cares about and is grateful to help. Dusty has installed gate controllers and automated systems for me at my Self Storage facility as well as an emergency repair needed. Very responsive, knowledgeable and fair. I highly recommend.

Dusty Way and Integrity Heat and Air recently installed an HVAC system for an addition to our home. Dusty suggested two mini-split units as a cost effective solution for our needs. Dusty is always just a phone call away, and he always answers the phone, even after hours as can be evidenced later. We had a 40 year old unit removed for a new 1.5 ton. Both times we called for an estimate, he was there same day and was very knowledgeable. He nd his crew were timely, friendly, and efficient, and of course did a fantastic job. But the craziest part is we sprung a leak (at no fault of theirs) that was related to the new unit and my wife called him on a Sunday night at about 6:30 with the intent of leaving a message, but like I said, Dusty always answers the phone. He deemed our leak an emergency and came out to fix it immediately, which he did. Upon finishing the fix, we asked him how much we owed him and he responded "nothing". What an amazing experience overall and we definitely recommend he and his crew for any HVAC service you may need.

We had just moved to the tricities and bought a home that never had any kind of heating or cooling. I called several companies to get quotes. Dusty answered his phone and came to give me a quote within 24 hours. Dusty and his team were true professionals in every way. They stated a time frame that was accurate, they showed up when they stated they would be there and communicated the process and what to expect. So incredibly thorough, went above and beyond and seemed honestly invested in his job and providing good service that last long term, no band aids, no misinformation. Dusty and his team at Integrity Heat and Air are wonderful! I called a few months ago to service our very old HVAC, he was able to come right away and evaluate. He gave us honest advice and got our unit to work again. It finally needed to be replaced and I gave Dusty a call right away. He came and installed our new unit within just a few days and gave us honest and fair pricing and was professional and courteous, as always. I won't go to anyone else for our heating and air needs. thank you so much!!

Excellent experience. Dusty did a great job and gave us some tips for the next time we buy a home.. .always pay the $99 for the HVAC inspection! Had we paid him for an inspection he would have caught the problem with the HVAC prior to our closing so we could have negotiated with the seller. Dusty was friendly, efficient, helpful, excellent service all the way around! Highly recommend! He even had the guy there the same day to pick up the old materials so they weren't sitting out in our yard!

Called on a Sunday and he was able to come out quickly that same day for a good price! Very willing to answer questions and listen. It ended up being a simple fix and he had it done in no time! Will be calling this place back for sure!

Dusty is the best of the best. After many expensive and failed attempts to check my heating unit the good Lord finally sent us the right people. Dusty is extremely honest and professional, doing only the best of work, while still being completely honest and NEVER overcharging for a service, which I experienced big time from my previous experiences. Integrity Heat and Air surpassed any expectations I could have had. From the moment Rusty answered my call (on the first ring), he was polite, professional, and responsive to all my questions. He arrived on time for the estimate and the install (notifying me by phone when they were on their way). They took care to protect my hard wood floors, and had my new HVAC system fully installed that same day (even though I requested the air handler be relocated). I initially doubted all the 5-star reviews, but quickly learned that they were justly deserved. INTEGRITY is definitely a befitting name for this company. :-)

Integrity Heat and Air lived up to their name! We chose them because we felt like they were honest in their assessment and generous with their prices. They gave us an inspection and didn’t charge us. They told us that we could probably make it through the winter without replacement. They weren’t pushing for us to buy too soon.
Dusty and his guys did a great job. It took less than a full day for a complete install, and they were kind and joyful even though it was rainy dreary weather. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing heat or AC help.

Gave me the best pricing on a new outside unit, updated inside, and install in a very timely manner in the spring. They were quick, and very respectful under the working conditions (being in and out of your home throughout the day.) Dusty provided me with comforting answers to all my questions, no matter how many times I called. He even was ready to come out for a simple (my bad) fix asap.
