Laundry Place-Berkley

11/26/22 Second time here and I must say the morning attendant was very pleasant. The place is very clean. So I think this location will continue to get my business.

The staff is very nice, polite, and very helpful making me feel welcome and appreciated.ms. the day attendant is kind and generous and outgoing to side/assist me with everything. However since I first posted this I have tried calling their number and the inbox has been full for weeks now nobody is answering or returning any left messages to free up room on there account you can't reach a real person to talk to at the laundromat therefore I am changing my review as saying that due to this fact they obviously don't want a person's business which is a shame cuz I did enjoy going there my above-mentioned critiques were right then however I can't call and find out what your hours are going to be for that holidays or if there's any attendant there today so I can drop my clothes off well maybe i'll just I'm

going to carry my business elsewhere

It was really clean and the lady was so nice and she had it super clean in there.

Jo is the Absolute best..I'll be using this laundromat as long as it is operating. Excellent customer service and very clean.

Great and quick service

The attendant on duty went out of her way to help us. She told us that the smaller washers were cheaper than the larger ones, when she could've just watched us spend more money unnecessarily.

Very clean laundry mat and many available machines. Bathroom was neat and clean as well. Only down side was the people hanging around outside.

Answering machine is full every time i call..open late allways..and alot of machines dont work...and it could be alot cleaner. It has great potetial thay just need someone there that cares i guess..and the bathroom is allways out of order.

Need better machine maintenance...too many out of order. Need on-site manager during business hours. Was much better when it initially opened years ago.

Dirty, lots of broke machines. You have to buy a laundry card that is very hard to add money to. Half the time there are no employees there.

Don't come at 630 it will not be open. You provide a service and if you cant provide it on time then change the time.

The only laundry mat where there is never an attendent and the bathroom is always locked.

Majority of the washers don't work
