I have a GameStop less than half a mile from my house, but I regularly drive out to this one because of one employee, whose name I don’t know because I suck with catching name tags, but she’s amazing. She’s typically in there every time I go and is very friendly, extremely helpful, and just seems like a genuinely nice person. The only time she wasn’t in there, there was a different female working and also a male, who were also super friendly and helpful. This GameStop is also bigger than the one by my house. It’s always clean, very well organized, and the customer service is always on point.

The customer service at this place is on another level. Ryan and Adam went way out of their way for me on several occassions to make sure all my used products worked. Everytime I go there they exceed my expectations for CS. Well done.
