Starbucks

Brand new Starbucks and I love it! Opened February 20, 2024. I was there a little before 5a. They opened on time and ready to go. It has all the accommodations as any other Starbucks. The staff was friendly, and the customer service is great. It's right of TX 199 in Springtown. Glad it opened here. I definitely will be returning.

The manager (did not get her name) recommended a drink for my daughter and was so sweet! I recommend this location and will be coming her again! She was amazing! Thank you again.

I went drive thru and the service was amazing! The lady was so nice and courteous! Coffee was great and food was too. Just wanted to say thank you to the workers here because we really appreciate your great service!!!

Great service, atmosphere, and drinks. Always super nice and fast. The only people that review this location low are people that have never worked in any kind of customer service job. The complaints that I normally see on here are very petty and childish. GROW UP. You’re not the most important person in the world. Truth be told you probably don’t matter at all.

Love this location. The staff is so friendly and my drinks are made perfect every time. I go there 4-5 times a week and have never been disappointed.

Ordered on mobile app and went through drive through. One of my items was missing from order but was not their fault and they immediately prepared it for me. Staff was super friendly and drink was made correctly! Am bummed this location isn't on my way to work or I would go in the mornings.

Great coffee and the staff are so friendly. When I drive up, they recognize my car, therefore, remember my name. Ignore the low reviews. The republotards are just angry.

Amazing service, clean place, GREAT coffee

Really disappointed this morning with this New Starbucks location. I understand being busy and needing to up charge for a a product change but this is ridiculous to me. First the young lady taking my order in the drive through greeted me with ARE YOU ORDERING FOOD? instead of good morning or welcome to Starbucks, and taking my order sounded like a major rush .
Then to be up charged $2 for my Iced Matcha Latte just because I requested Coconut Milk instead of regular milk is ridiculous, maybe $.50 is understandable, but what is more ridiculous is that after driving away and taking just a couple of gulps my Venti cup had 3/4 full of ice.
$7 for a cup of ice with a splash of a drink is Ridiculous. Rather than posting a review I preferred to call and speak with a manager on this issue, but guess what - NO PHONE NUMBER is made available on Maps or Google for me to call. RIDICULOUS yes
Will be a long time for me to return to this Starbucks sad to say

I think the barista needs more training. This caramel latte with a whip has barely any caramel taste and no whip at all.

I see ratings of three stars or higher, and it makes me wonder why? Let me be fair; the news of Starbucks opening a store in the tiny town of springtown was welcomed and I expected with excitement. After visiting three times and ordering the same item my products were wrong (hot coffee with stevia and steamed 2% milk) not a difficult order! It wasnt just the coffee that was wrong it was the attitude and the atmosphere. My impression is that they just want people to go to the drive thru. After three strikes, I made a decision to pass on this location, after all we have three additional choices in springtown that we have enjoyed for years, besides Weatherford has countless coffee options including a nicely runned starbucks. Better "read and heed" , adjust your plan because it is a disaster right now. My opinion is important because I drink coffee from a dozen starbucks around the DFW and many of the other options. Reading many of the previous posts supports my claim!

The Springtown location can never get my order right. I seem to get cappuccinos all wrong. I ordered on line and then arrived and told me didn't have what I ordered. Im really loosing my patience with this organization. Been to the location in Lake Worth and it was a better experience.

Newest update: Still no improvement from over a month ago. Attitudes are terrible drinks are wrong and wait is ridiculous when ordering ahead. Seriously upsetting but I will continue to go out of my way for better service.

Since this location has been open I’ve been at least 5-10 times. Most of my experiences are decent. I’m an avid Starbucks girl and visit multiple locations during my daily outings. This one is okay. I was always order on the app to make it easier for me and them with difficult orders. On two occasions my drinks have been wrong but they have fixed them with no issue and were polite so no harm there. However the three stars is for one occasion last week where I ordered on the app as usual 3-5 minutes before I arrived as the line always takes roughly 5 minutes or more. My pick up time was 7:41 I pulled into the drive through at 7:39 told them I had ordered on the app. I was told one moment let me check on that which is totally normal. What got me was her response when she came back. She came back and asked me if I had just placed the order and I told her no it was a few minutes ago and she stopped me and said once you okay an order it takes us five minutes to receive it before we even start it (with an attitude) and then proceeded to say but we will try to have that ready when you get to the window. Mind you my pickup time was 7:41. I was there at 7:39. By the time I had gotten to the window it was 7:44. I was handed my drink and yet again it was wrong. I did not have time at this point to have it corrected and was just in shock at the attitude as I never have had this type of experience at ANY Starbucks. I have went back one time sense then and my drink has been wrong and it has been corrected without an issue. I think I’m going to default to venture to my normal locations for a while until this location has been on their feet a little longer. Overall besides the one attitude experience it has been great.

I ordered a Bacon Gouda and egg sandwich and all I got was bread and the egg only. I tried to look up the phone number to call and there isn’t even a phone number. I drove all the way to azle before I realized so it’s too far to drive back. Very disappointed.
