I recently visited the Springtown auto zone on a sunday and I was in a big panick because the engine light came on. With no mechanic shops open. I went in and two men name Josh and kayton was working and they were so nice and very knowledgeable about the code that came up. They assured me I could do no more damage if I continued to drive car. I was on my way to meet my daughter whose having her first baby and we were going to go shopping for her maternity clothes. A very emotional experience and I was able to make it and experience that with her because of their kindness. Thanks guys and many blessings

Had a great experience there the other night. I was driving through from airport and my driver headlight went out. The Service Mgr Sun evening not only helped pick out the lights I wanted but also assisted with installing them for me. I was so appreciative of his patience in showing me how to change them out myself for future purposes. I highly recommend this place.

My go to for auto parts. Most chain stores carry the same stuff at the same prices, where they can differentiate themselves is the staff and service. This store is very good in that area. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Love this place!!! Alfredo helped us find a vacuum leak on our Tahoe. It was so cold out but he had no problem going outside with us to listen to our engine! Top notch employee!!!

Good service but their self look up books only go back to 1999, some go to 1996. I drive a 1995 so I always have to go to counter and stand in line just to ask what number oil or air filter, other parts that are model specific but kept on sales floor.
