We have dealt with many other GOOD self service storage businesses before, but the service provided by Carla is unbelievable. I made the reservation from long distance, and it was like I was there having a cup of coffee with her. Her customer service is probably the best I've seen in a long, long time...in any business. I highly recommend this business and especially Carla ( Aaron's, make sure you hold on to her at all cost!).

I had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with Carla Baker. We needed a storage unit on very short notice and Ms. Carla went above and beyond to help us. Her customer service skills by far are the best that I have encountered in many years. If I could give Aaron's more stars based on Carla alone I would! The facility is nice, clean, safe and secure. The best part of my experience was how convenient everything was made - the process of signing up, paying, and canceling my lease - all thanks to Carla. She worked around my busy schedule and always got back with me in a quick manner. She was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. Her passion for others shined through in all she did - it was a pleasure just interacting with her. I have rented storage units multiple times from Carla. She has made the process super easy and is so friendly with the most amazing customer service I have experienced. She has been so amazing, helpful, and an all around all-star to me. If I ever had any problem (which I have) she has been there to help with a smiling face and cheerful attitude.

This is the best managed storage facility that I have encountered anywhere. The reason is Carla. She is customer oriented and extremely responsive to her customers' needs. She helped us through two moves by providing exactly the storage space that we needed. We have always been assured that our RV was secure while Carla watched over it during her frequent trips through the grounds. She is one of happiest and most energetic people that I have ever known. Because of her, it would be hard to find a cleaner or safer storage facility anywhere. I highly recommend this facility if you live anywhere near the Waco area.

This place is outstanding!! I've rented units in other parts of the country and this by far, Aaron's Self Storage in China Spring, TX has been my favorite. The units are clean, to include the restroom, if you need to make a quick pit stop when you're visiting your rental unit. The use of the Aaron's Truck was an added bonus!!
The staff has been so polite and helpful. Ms. Carla (5 Stars!) has gone out of her way to make this transition an easy one for us. She is quick with her answers if you have any about the facility. She also gives some awesome tips on places to eat around Waco if you want a point of view from a local. Highly recommend this place.

Have used many RV storage facilities but Aarons Flat Rock is by far the best experience I have had. I feel my coach is secure and protected. Dealing with Carla has been great. She will ensure that you are satisfied with the service Aarons Flat Rock provides. I highly recommend this facility and the positive attitude of the employees.

Great facility. Easy to find and to navigate around. Clean and well maintained. I have had as many as three units over the past three years and never a single issue. But the absolute best aspect of this establishment is Carla! A true testament to excellent customer service. I cannot say enough in this space or thank her enough for her help. Thank you!!!

The manager of the Flat Rock location, Carla, goes above and beyond what's expected to accommodate and assist her customers. Carla provides exceptional professional customer service and care and treats her employees with unparalleled respect. In just a short conversation with Carla, you will sense that she truly loves her job, her customers, and the Aaron's Self Storage name. The facilities are easy to access from Waco, immaculately clean, and the staff are always so friendly. I will continue to use this Flat Rock location for my storage and moving needs and will without hesitation recommend Carla and her location to friends and family.

Absolutely the best! I have used other Self Storage facilities in or around Waco for the past ten years and this one is the best I have ever used. Carla is an outstanding manager that goes out of her way to make customer service the number one priority. She helped me pick the space needed for my brand new 28 foot travel trailer to make backing in as easy as possible. Usually, Self Storage managers just pick a spot and send you on your way. Carla knew I was very new at backing my trailer in and helped me to pick the best spot available, making me much more comfortable backing that thing in. She is always very cheerful, helpful and professional. One of the nicest people I have ever met! If you need Self Storage, use this place!!! It is clean, secure and managed very professionally. I also store my boat here and would not even think about choosing another Self Storage. Thank you Carla for being so helpful, you are an excellent example of how to take care of your customers.

Aaron's Self Storage is lucky to have an employee like Carla. She makes everyone feel like family. She's warm and welcoming. Everyone should should take a lesson from her on what great customer service looks like. Thought good customer service was gone until I met Carla.
