Amazing, pleasant, excellent experience. The manager, Laura, was helpful, professional and super friendly. Clean store, clean bathrooms, clean play area. Next time you are in China Springs, do yourself a favor and stop by this McDonald’s.. Compared to the many McDonald’s in Waco., this store is a shining star, an excellent example of what all McDonald’s stores should strive to be.

Being a product raised under a woman who was the manager for years I grew to dislike McDonald's not because it was nasty it's just I ate it too much well I had breakfast there the other day and asked for a certain number of sugars & creams. The exact taste is muscle memory and they hit it on the nail

In my personal opinion the best McDonald's in the Waco area I always get what I asked for I always get service when needed have been to all the other ones and they always fall short of the mark in some way or another and I'm not a picky person

Penny is one of the most helpful sweetest person you would want to deal with when going to McDonald’s. If you’re having a bad day she will brighten your day. Awesome worker

I got a egg mcmuffin it was so greasy the wrapper was soaked with grease. Never had one like it I'm glad to say. I was disappointed.

First time I've ever been to a McDonald's and the food actually look like the picture!! Like wow thanks China Spring McDonald's! Always good service here as well.

While still a cheaper food option, the hamburgers and chicken nuggets have greatly improved.

I didn't have any problems at this McDonald's location. I was able to order my meal using the mobile app, and take advantage of the special offers as well. Employees were kind and professional. Store was clean on the outside, and got everything unexpectedly quick.

The manager & staff were cool, calm, and collected despite all the construction, and they were diligently working even without all their resources. They went the extra mile by expediting my order by 10 min. so I could join my child for lunch at school. Special thanks to the manager and staff who literally ran the food to me, Your excellent customer service and diligence is not soon forgotten.

Their machine works to make the famous Oreo McFlurry!! 😱🤗😍

Tend to not have issues at this mc donalds

They've really turned this place around. I worked here when I was 16 (over a decade ago lol) and it wasn't doing well in my mid 20s. But the staff is now kind and personable, as well as helpful. The standards have increased dramatically.

Kelli Breedlove, General Manager, has amazing Customer Service. I saw and heard her taking care of Customers and her Employees. I felt welcomed and happy immediately when I walked in because of her greeting and welcoming spirit. As a business owner myself I just want to tell the owner how impressed I was and I would reward her and keep her as long as you can. You will notice the difference in your increase sales because of her. It is hard to find this type of Employee.

The first time ever that my fries were cooked appropriately and as I ordered; No Salt, not soggy or burnt.....PERFECT! I called the manager, Matthew, immediately as I had a drive thru order to have the cook thanked for my fries being perfect. Matthew told me the cook was named Nathan so, to you Nathan, YOU ROCK!

Same as always! Gotta freshen up the menu òr deals or late night manager. She can be rude!

The staff was very friendly and the burger (1/4 lb w/ cheese) was fresh and very good. I've never had a bad experience at this location.

Megan is always at the drive through. She's the sweetest person and always says LOVE to every customer. I never get my order wrong when she's there.

The employees are so nice and check on the customers. They ask us how we are and make us feel welcomed! I definitely think they all need a raise🥰

They have the best fish sandwich. I have tried other places and McDonald's is so much better. The bun is soft and everything taste fresh.
