My wife and I have purchased 6 pair of boots from Jay Kelly’s City Ranch Boots. 3 pair of Elephant, 2 pair of Ostrich and 1 pair of Nile Crocodile. In addition my wife bought a beautiful emerald green Stingray clutch. Each purchase has been a wonderful experience which is attributable to both the exceptionally high quality of the boots and the top-notch customer service we received from Jay Kelly. 3 pair of our boots were made from scratch and we thoroughly enjoyed picking out our own skins and designing them with Jay’s assistance. The other 3 boots were boots Jay had on the floor of his gorgeous showroom that we just had to take home with us. Our first boots were bought back in 2019 and our most recent pair were a pair of black ostrich I bought for a formal event this past weekend. Over the years I have enjoyed getting to know Jay and his wife, Terry Ann, who is the founder and president of a national student ministry called Students Standing Strong. Jay’s 30+ years as an importer of exotic animal skins from around the world for the boot industry have really allowed me to become much more knowledgeable about what makes a good pair of boots. We are honored to know and work with them. We are also proud to have City Ranch Boots headquartered in our hometown of Waco, Tx.

I just visited City Ranch Boot Company's new location! They have a great selection of high-quality boots. I think that it is great that I can touch and feel the leather I am going to use to design my shoes.

I am so happy with City Ranch Boot. I had planned on checking out their store earlier in the day, but was running behind. When I finally did arrive it was almost closing time so I was trying to be quick. Jay was there, was patient, and took the time to show me around. He made sure to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I ended up finding a pair of Caiman boots that I loved!

City Ranch Boots have an amazing selection of exotic skin boots and accessories for both men and women. Jay was very helpful and patient in working with us to make an awesome Wildabeast custom boot for my dad, and helping me find the cutest stingray boots for myself. Overall, this is the best boot store to visit while in Waco!

Jay, Katelin and the rest of the team at City Ranch Boot are always phenomenal and go above and beyond to make sure my family and I are well taken care of. I've purchased a wallet, note pad, boots and matching belt and couldn't be more pleased with the products, customer service and experience behind them! Go see em, folks!

Ive noticed that your restaurant Z's at the Curry no longer allows reviews. Interestingly, I also came across this intrinsicly long diatribe regarding City Ranch. As an anesthesia provider in Fort Worth, Texas...my dealings with them have been nothing short of top notch. While you may observe their responses as "cold and sterile," I observe them as realistic and honest. So...let me leave you with this...if you spewed this acidic review in a bigger city, you'd be ousted as a customer. Plain and simple. Lessons learned: 1. Be patient. 2. Be kind. 3. Appreciate a quality product and the time it takes to both coordinate its' production and delievery. 4. Learn some couth.

If you can afford these amazing boots, you can afford some patience and couth.

I finally found a boot store in Waco that could order a pair of red ostrich boots!!!! Jay and Katelin were awesome! I recommend anyone that would like custom boots to go see jay or Katelin at City Ranch Boots!!!
