Lovely Starbucks with good food and drinks. Very organized and never had a wrong order. Would recommend! Also has good hours and pretty friendly staff.

I love this Starbucks! I always get a glazed doughnut with Caramel Crunch Frappuccino. I appreciate some of the employees and the manager Anna . Emma, Elizabeth , Tru and a few other employees are great employees, and shift leads. They always make my drink correctly! Great job guys!👏💯

Honestly, I’m only giving this place a high rating because of the staff. Super cheerful and welcoming every time I come in. By now, they know my order and ask if I want my usual breakfast sandwich. It’s usually a clean store. You can tell the manager(s) put a lot of effort into this location. The food and drinks are what you would expect, good in a pinch, but nothing to write home about. Definitely a place to regular if you are a student as it’s in the heart of campus.

This is by far the busiest coffee place on campus, but the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. With the amount of people coming through this Starbucks, mistakes are inevitable (we’re all human), but anytime something of mine has been wrong, they always fix it with a smile on their face :)

This Starbucks has amazing employees! They are all super kind and work so hard! I can't imagine how hard it must be to keep up with all those drinks! Being the busiest location in Michigan and the Upper Ohio area, I am very impressed with the efficiency they have in getting out delicious drinks with a smile!

The staff here went through so much bs during red cup day. J the AsianAm girl went through so much with mobile orders and I felt bad because there was 50 people waiting around. Another 30 in line to order at the front. Hope this store creates a collective bargaining agreement /formaunion especially in a town like Ann Arbor.

Excellent customer service and fast! It can get pretty busy around the 11AM-2PM time on weekdays because of campus traffic, but they get your drinks out, quickly. I would recommend using the app to order because I noticed people walk right in and grab their drinks.

Superb service! The barista was very friendly, kind, and recommended a great drink.

It's also a wonderful atmosphere and enough space to dine-in and work. It's my favorite Starbucks location in Ann Arbor.

Marien is awesome she fixed a messed up order for me by not only giving me a full refund on my gift card but making my order again the way I wanted without charge! Drink is a bit slow but tastes nice.

This location has been very consistent with the quality of my order. If you are picky with weak brews, temperature inconsistencies, or other issues I would go out of my way for this location.

Generally a very busy Starbucks, but the service and product is as expected.
Plenty of outlets for all of your tech needs and a variety of seating areas to accommodate groups, or individuals. Good atmosphere.

The recent remodeling of this Starbucks is great! It went from a rather run-down and disorganized last resort to my current Starbucks of choice to study at. The decor is modern and the atmosphere has a nice, bustling (but not distracting) vibe to it. Only weird part of the place is that some of the tables are pretty much impossible to do work on (e.g. the counter right by the espresso machines), but other than that, get here early to snag the best seats and you'll most likely be productive enough to do work all day long.

P.S. Having that nifty new 'Clover Brew' machine is pretty cool too.

AMAZING BARISTAS, AMAZING SERVICE.
This is a Starbucks and is similar to any Starbucks you will go to except it is very busy as a result of its location. However, this is not anything the employees can control, just like Starbucks' prices. Unlike some other stores, the employees here are genuinely kind, gracious, and doing their best to keep up with insane amount of traffic coming through the store from both cafe orders and mobile orders. Baristas will try to help you, get to know you, and ensure you receive your food and/or drink.
