Best experience I've ever had at gun store. Both employees that helped me were extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient. Special thanks to Ben.... I came in close to closing on my first trip and they stayed, never rushed me...answered a million questions. I've now made two purchases and had work done on one firearm...all transactions and work done have been perfect. Great selection, store is very clean and organized.

This is by far the nicest gun shop outside of the city. This is by far the nicest gun shop I’ve been in period. The customer service is amazing. The owner is amazing and cares about every single customer and his employees. I would never choose another gun shop now that they are finally open. Extremely friendly and pleasant staff with fairly price ammunition, accessories, long arms and pistols. Dusty (and a woman who’s name I am forgetting) Handled multiple customers with different degrees of experience professionally simultaneously. We will be coming back!

Ps: the store itself is also gorgeous and has an almost John Wick Armory aesthetic about it. Super neat

I've bought 2 firearms from here, a rifle and a handgun. The staff is helpful and very professional. I was running late to pick up my handgun after the 7 day waiting period, and they still let me in even as they were closing, which they didn't have to do. Definitely worth checking out.

Every encounter I’ve had in the shop has been great! The staff is very helpful, and Knowledgeable and helped guide me through a process to make my first purchase. The highest quality arms shop I’ve ever been too in my life.

WOW! Hidden gem in Urbana, this gun store is every gun owners paradise. The attention to detail and extravagant customer service is just a drop in what this store offers. They have all the highest end pieces and top level knowledge. Would recommend it to everyone!

So I went to the grand opening today. I must say that place has a high end look and feel Without high end prices. They had an abundance of ammo at market prices. I didn’t feel like I was pressured into buying anything and I was allowed to browse at my leisure. When I inquired about certain weapons that I didn’t see the staff was Prompt in getting My information and the handgun I was looking for so they could acquire it for me. When it came to the body armor I explained what I needed/wanted and they Were very accommodating into helping me acquire what I wanted. They are very pro law enforcement, Military, Fire/Rescue and Nurse. Ammo wise the had 380 auto,38 special, 45 cap, 7.62x39, 9mm, 00 buck. I believe they have more but can’t remember. The one thing I didn’t care was they were letting people in one at a time at first. Their reasoning was To give privacy and to give a custom experience. I think they are better served letting people come and go as they please and to do appointment only on certain days. I still gave them five stars due to them just opening and still trying to figure out how they do their customers because after we waited about a hour they started letting in more than just one. If they maintain that model I will drop the stars. I’m not willing to wait hours just to get into a gun store every time I go. I am willing to give them time to figure out the best solution so people don’t have to wait hours at a time and still give people the privacy that they are trying to afford them. These guys can be a game changer in the area. So I hope they Find a good compromise.

First and foremost the place looks phenomenal my gf & I are new here. Mark , Ben and Dusty went above & beyond to literally explain every single question I had and even gave me their own personal preferences on what to do and get for a variety of sports or situations they didn’t discourage me even when I overly asked 100 questions and didn’t get irritated not once I walked in knowing little to nothing left knowing how to get a HQL license options on CC brands and feeling 1000% more confident and responsible with carrying by far the most down to earth and knowledge people I’ve ever spoken too they have me as a lifetime customer HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Absolutely incredible! I came for the grand opening and was immediately blown away. From the customer service, employee knowledge and aesthetic appeal of the shop similar to a Kingsman Movie I was thoroughly impressed.

Wayne worked on my Rossi 1894 and he did a great job!! The magazine screw was not budging so Wayne was able to finally get the screw out and put in the brass follower. He oiled the stock and the rifle looks incredible. Wayne is the real deal!!!!

Just visited this place. VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Laid out beautifully with a great selection. I’m already looking forward to every visit in the future!
