Excellent service from both Lisa and Alicia. Both women were very attentive and informative. They were able to fit me in the correct size boots, and answer all of the questions I had during this process. Very happy with my purchase, as well as their customer service! I will be back for future purchases.

I had such a great experience buying boots here. Susan walked me through all the steps of measuring my feet and ensured I understood the analysis before we tried a pair and insoles. She was warm, friendly, and her humor put me at ease making such a big investment, she clearly believes in the product and really cared to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I will absolutely be returning to this shop.

I came in to get work shoes. I was very impressed with the wonderful woman that helped me. She was very knowledgeable about the purchasing process with my job as well as with the shoes and insoles I purchased. She was extremely helpful in picking the right shoe and accessories. My feet have never felt so spoiled.

Lisa is the real deal, she just spent 20 minutes calling stores just to try to find me a heritage beanie lol. She and Alicia run a really tight ship over here and we are lucky to have them here at the Longmont store. RW, give them more heritage stuff!

The best Red Wings location to get boots hands down! Lisa is awesome and really cares about making sure you get exactly what you need and want. The store has lots to choose from and everyone is very friendly. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Always a great experience shopping at Red Wing. Friendly staff, great product, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Though shoes are a personal preference, I stand with Red Wing's great customer service, their product care after purchase and the quality of their shoes. I need shoes that protect my feet at work, and for home projects, and Red Wing does just that while giving me the comfort I require.

Alicia was awesome! Although there were other customers that she was tending to when I first arrived, she welcomed me but concentrated on current customer. She then showed me the same courtesy and listened and helped me find a perfect shoe for my needs.

The associate was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He did the appropriate amount of upsell and was not disheartened when I did not accept. I have benn wearing the same style of Redwing boots for well over a decade. He suggested a different boot with slightly less higher angle support which is lighter than the ones I wore. I bought the ones he suggested and am very happy with my decision. Great experience!

Walked in and was fitted for a pair of boots with some cool technology that analyzes what is the best boot for my foot shape. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Lisa was great.

Jon (John?) and his crew are the tough toe experts! Got my boots finished off, learned a few more things about boots and they made my tough toe all nice and pretty (even got a compliment on my boots today). Thanks to all here great staff and store too...very obvious they take good care of the workers that live north of Denver.

We will make the drive 100 times to this store to have the knowledge and help that Susan and her teammate gave us today (I wish I caught her name). My husband is so picky with how his work boots feel. These 2 gals knew exactly how his feet would fit in a boot just by looking at them. They’re so knowledgeable about how a shoe should actually fit! I highly recommend going to see these two gals to get that perfect fitting work boot.

I was running late from work and got to Red Wing Shoes just before they closed. Susan was gracious enough and took the extra time to help me out, as well as several other customers! She knew what would fit my unique foot. Even though they didn't have a model I wanted to try in my size, I still found a shoe I liked that fit what I needed for work.

I love this store. I live in Littleton and I will always drive to this store to get my boots. Lisa, John, and Kayla are always so helpful and very professional. They create an easy buying experience while making my feet very comfortable and happy. This store has the best customer service culture. Thank you!

Lisa was amazing. She checked the size of my foot and measured the arches. Scared my foot to check out all the pressure points and really found me the best boot. 10/10 would recommend this product and experience.

Update: went to get my shoes oiled and Susan is definetly not cool.

Amazing staff!!! This was the third Red Wing I’ve been to in the Denver area (other two were Golden and Boulder locations). I struggled to receive professional services and advice at the previous locations. Susan and Lisa were very nice, fun, and knowledgeable! Needless to say I was very well taken care of! Overall, the staff at the Longmont location is very professional, and customer oriented! Highly recommend!
