Alabama TA saved my life as far as im concerned! The TA in Atlanta GA is absolutely the worst! 1st they charge for you to park ($24 a night). When I unhooked 2 leave & comeback the lady said I will be recharged. I told her I spent close to $1k in the shop, she said that doesn't matter. The mechanic told me i needed a new airbag on the left of my trailer. He said he'd tie it off and suggested I go to a TA in alabama because GA TA's don't have any airbags he checked. Never once telling me about my brakes being gone. Then they let me leave the shop with no brakes on my trailer! They changed the brake chamber but did not tell me that I have no brakes on all sides of the trailer! That was the reason I had come to the shop because my brakes weren't working well!?!!! What if I decided to pick up another load and fix my air bag at a later date??? I called from the waiting area in the TA in alabama relaying my frustration to the TA in Georgia, they said Eddie from my company told them not to fix it. So tomorrow Monday I'll listen to the phone call. Someone is responsible for endangering me, by not telling me I have no brakes! But Eddie's notes don't mention brakes just the airbag! Eitherway, shouldnt the mechanic have told me that i had no brakes on my trailer?
TA in AL said they should've charged a flat rate instead of hourly and wrote up my paperwork incorrectly. Overcharged me $80 atleast. So thanks Curtis for suggesting for me to go to Alabama, because they're probably saving my life! So watch out. They just want your money and don't care if you die at this TA in GA.

best place to Stay!! I stayed there about a week in my car little black Honda BZM 7398, around August 23-Sept 1 2020 right down from Talladega track, met a little old man there they called Biscuit and Gravy in his gray van he helped me a lot reminded me of my dad, went to Talladega hospital too when I was there, but it's the best place to stay coldest drinks and warmest showers best people overall

Can a is an awesome place that have staff that are very caring and helpfulif you need to know something ask him they have showers they have laundry they have a Popeye's right next door all you do is walking through the door they have massage reclining chairs sitting in the front lobby by the bathrooms they have a truck stop in the back for truckers to park and sleep they have places in the front if you're driving long trips you can park up there sleep nobody to mess with you the staff keep an eye on you cops go through the parking lot numerous times not just checking they don't mess with you unless you're being aggressive loud obnoxious or bothering somebody or if somebody is bothering you or trying to mess with a car very very relaxing respectful clean awesome place

I was having issues with the laundry machines CSC app (are you shocked?) and eventually gave up and went and got quarters knowing full well that if I asked for help I’d likely hear “it’s a third party vender sorry” because well that’s what they always say right? Well while I was sitting doing laundry via $20 in quarters, Sean a maintenance technician came to ask if I was having issues and I told him yes but it was ok because I got quarters and that was working. This man actually took the time then and there to call CSC and get a woman on the phone to fix the issue (they changed apps) and transfer my balance from the old app to the new app. ……. I’m literally stunned in disbelief. Thank you Sean for doing what nobody else would have done and proactively solving my problem! You are awesome!

Was an amazing experience. I had my coolant system repaired and the mechanic went above and beyond what was expected. Parking is tricky but doable.

07-02-22 at 05:30 AM The cashier was extremely helpful doing multiple jobs at one time. She was literally serving one person food and ringing up somebody else at the same time. I asked for her to go cook some chicken and she jumped on it got that going and came back out to do what she needed to do. Best service I’ve seen from a truckstop in probably 10 years. And she did it all with a very beautiful smile. If I was TA I would do whatever it takes to keep her employed and make her a manager someday

I felt so wonderful and welcomed coming into this place . 3rd shift supervisor lala greeted and acknowledged me with so much respect and she was very helpful . I definitely recommend this place for truckers and shoppers ☺

A great spot for a quick stop. The place is always clean. There is plenty of room around the pumps and plenty of parking, so it never feels crowded. Inside it is very open, and they have a bit of a Fourier with tables. The staff has always been friendly.

This truck stop is always clean and the showers have good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The coffee is always good, fresh and hot and so is the food. The staff greets us as we walk in and offers help or advice when needed.

We were traveling in our RV and happened to blow a tire at this exit. So very thankful that the tire and service center was open on a Sunday. They had a tire in stock and had our new tire installed in less than an hour!

Seems like a nice quite place, good parking, maintenance, beer , Louisiana chicken also.

Decent amount of parking. Was very clean. Pumps are a bit difficult to exit if there are a lot of trucks fueling. There is also plenty of restaurants around them if you want something different.

They have got massage chair 😀😀😀. Best place for quick recharge.

Had a set of new drive tires installed on my rollback Saturday evening. Girl in the office and the Technician who did the work were very friendly and nice to talk with. Will definitely return!

Customer service was fast and friendly. My money didnt go through on my card and 1 of the ladies helped me from her own wallet until I returned. It was very clean and my meal was hot when i returned to pay. Thank you TA..

Came for a flat tired. They were very busy but had no choice but wait waitting time was less than expected and guys did a really good and fast work thanks a lot ladies in the ofice are nice and fast too.

They have Popeyes Chicken restaurant in the TA, which my friend Shea & I enjoyed eating the shrimp dinners just the other day.
Can't wait to get some more VERY SOON!!!
