Fossil Outlet Store

I walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon to ask about my Fossil Q Explorist HR Gen 4 that no longer charges due to the charging ring falling off the bottom of the smartwatch. I guess this is a somewhat common issue with the Gen 4. I found numerous theads stating that as long as it is within the 2 year warranty and you have the receipt they will swap it out for you on the spot. I'm happy to confirm that is exactly what happened. No unnecessary questions, no delay whatsoever. The rep simply walked over to the display case, opened the bottom cabinet, asked to look at the receipt to verify the exact model and color, asked for my old one and placed a brand-new one in my hand and told me to have a great afternoon. It's not great that I had an issue in the first place, but of course that's not the fault of this specific store. This review is based solely on the customer service, which could not have been better.

I walked in to pick up an online order and was greeted immediately. After asking for an ID to vonfirm identity she went to the back to find my order. No more that 45 seconds later came out with my order and explained how to adjust the watch band on my particular model. I then stuck around to look at the recent deals and walked out woth over 400 dollars in products for under 100 total. Very pleased with my overall experience.

My wife was looking for a new purse we went in they had she liked after 3 stores ! She picked it out the cashier was very nice and helpful I wish I could have remembered his name , any very good customer service he offered a clean purse from the store room instead of the display ,got a Fair price and s happy wife.

Bought the regular and smart watches while on summer sales. It's so much cheaper to buy Fossil watches here as the retail price in Asia can be about three times.
