Was hesitant about switching to Verizon because most interactions I’ve had at stores over the years when I thought of switching has been rough. At a point I had no choice to switch — we came down to this location and worked with Brian. He was PHENOMENAL and was so friendly and incredibly helpful. It’s brought me ease over switching providers. He went above and beyond for us and was such a pleasure to sit and work with. Felt like I was in great hands. Looking forward to using Verizon, and we plan on traveling the hour down to work with Brian again in the future!

Brian was awesome! Helped us swap over with no problem and I now have a phone with actual signal. Didn't cost much more than what we already were paying either

Such as easy experience. No issues. Good deals. Friendly customer service. Explained everything to me in detail. New phone came in super fast and they transferred all of my data with no issues. Highly recommend them.

I worked with Brian and Robert. They took very good care of me. They helped me get my plan upgraded and helped get us new phones. Very polite and very knowledgeable. You can even say that Robert would tear down walls for his customers. Excellent experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone’s phone or plan needs. Keep up the good work guys

Nick is absolutely awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and he spent as much time as needed to update my old phone which was from the dinosaur age. Best customer service I've had in a LONG time.

Bryan and team were exceptional. They helped me transition to a new phone and they handled all the challenges for me. Bryan was very thorough and helped me save a bunch of money on my plan and get additional benefits! Very happy with their service. It will be my first stop with any future Verizon needs!
