Dunkin'

I’ve frequented Dunkin from Michigan to Columbus Ohio with my favorite being the Dunkin in Ashland Ohio. This order has been the best I’ve received in this area in a good year. The consistency was perfect. The coffees were spot on perfection!!!! Whoever the sweet young lady was who took order #6271 @ 11:50pm I hope all your hard work pays off. I frequent this location often and hope to greet you next time with a tip. Thank you so much

Love that it is 24 hrs a day. They were open when I took a friend home from a 10 hr ER visit.

Clean store, predictable product which is good, love cold brew. I don't think many people walk into this location though; mostly drive-thru. I stood there a few extra seconds and they seemed surprised to find me standing at the cash register waiting to order 😂

This is my favorite Dunkin location in Ohio. They always get my order correct, they're fast, the staff are wonderful, and everything always tastes great! I drive all over the state and I always try to go to this location when I'm in the area.

I stopped in the drive thru this morning and I was so surprised how quickly I made it through at 7:30AM! The staff was friendly and welcoming! Stopping here was a great way to start my day!

My drive through experience was the usual that you get anywhere, and as always grab a frozen hazelnut coffee. To be honest it's hit or miss depending on which one you stop at. Haven't wrote any negative reviews on the spots that I go out of my way to not stop at. It usually ends up being too sweet if I order a small, can't taste the coffee . A medium is usually close. Grabbed a small this time at the Massillon Rd location. Whoever made the drink 10 min ago made it perfect! This spot is generally out of my way but it was worth it!

I ordered a half dozen donuts and a drink through Door Dash on Christmas Eve. Everything was prepared and delivered perfectly. This is a Dunkin Donuts I’ll stay loyal to!

Went inside and found that they had sugar donuts! Majority of dunkin's I have been to do not carry them, so that was a pleasant surprise. Plus the service was great and super friendly!! Food and drinks were great too!

I love their apple fritters and dark roast coffee. This is my favorite Dunkins. Just don't be in a hurry if you're using the drive thru, the lines are ridiculous. I always go inside. I have been here 2 or 3 times when I'm in the neighborhood.

I'm enjoying the fall taste of pumpkin already... either cold or hot with a dash of cream I can take my coffee anywhere and envision fall but still enjoy my summer!!! ☕
A favorite stop for the community, just have patience if there is an outside car line.

I come here almost daily for my coffee. I really enjoy the staff and the other customers. Drink selections offered by employees...maybe not so great. I love the macchiato and the offered me an americano, not exactly a fan.

Anyways. Good donut selection wait times are decent (not any different than starbucks) and good food choices.
All in all convenient location to the freeway, nice staff, good coffee, that's a win in my book.

This place is awesome. They have great customer service and they are fast and friendly. They also gave me a discount for military and I couldn't have appreciated it enough. They have great works and I honestly could gush all day about these hard workers. They have an amazing staff.

They have wonderful drinks. Right now I'm getting a free medium latte weekly from T-Mobile. It's one of T-Mobile's perks. Love it

Local Dunkin'. Has solid coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Drive-in can be busy, but you can order ahead and walk in for your order, which helps.

A young lady was working all by herself and was getting the orders out. Yay ! For a hard worker! !

My Drive-thru experience was amazing! The associate made sure I was completely satisfied with my order before driving off!

Everything was perfect. They’re starting to get a little bit expensive, but I think that’s common with every place now.
