From the first time i walked into the store they were all nothing but professionals. I had trouble getting some very important data off my old phone and they 100 percent worked with me to get the info off the trade in phone. I was very happy with all the accessories that i was recommended. I cant explain in words how grateful and lucky we are to have such a great team in Napoleon. I give the store a 100 out of 5 stars. I will be going to Go Wireless for all my phone needs in the future and i highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys.

I went to this store with my mind made up on what I wanted. I spoke with Chase and Zayne and they both provided me with insight that changed my mind and saved me lots of money. Bought my 71 year old father-in-law a new phone from Verizon & needed to have some things transferred from the old phone so went to the Defiance, Ohio store where not only were they wanting to charge $35.00 as a service fee for transferring everything but they were also very rude & disrespectful!!! So, I called the Verizon store in Napoleon, Ohio and dealt with a very nice, respectful & helpful young man named Alex that made sure to help my father-in-law with everything & never charged him a dime!!! Thank you very, very much Alex....not only are you the best, kind, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable but we appreciate you & everything that you did to help us!!!!
