Wendy's

Store was busy but the manager kept his cool after things didn't go well with Door dash orders. All the staff was helpful

We stopped on our trip home. It was early evening and they weren't very busy. The cashier was very pleasant and courteous and our food was ready quickly. It was hot and very good and we were pleased. Here's the bonus to our stop here that has helped restore our hope in the human race. We live over an hour away in IN. When we got home, our daughter realized she left her purse and phone back at Wendy's. We were immediately sick and thought it was probably gone. I called the store and talked with the evening manager and he told me the employee who waited on us found it and gave it to him. God bless her!! He told us he would put it in the safe and we could get it the next day. We drove back today and sure enough, we got the purse back with everything in it. Truly, there are still good people in this world and we are thankful we got to see it firsthand. Not only does this Wendy's have good food and great service, they employ good, kind people. Thanks, Wendy's!

This Wendy's blows the Defiance store out of the water! Food was hot and fresh and the workers were friendly and appeared clean. Night and day difference between the two. Well worth the drive!

Stopped today, young lady waited on us was polite and courteous and offered us cookies for 99 cents with our combo meals. I had chicken asiago ranch combo with fries and my husband had a single with chili. All was hot and very delicious. Cookies were so good as well. We had a wonderful experience here. Will come back when in the area.

Service was fast, friendly, and clean. This was a very clean restaurant with good parking.

Would stop here again.

They gave me so many of the smoky mustard sauces when I said I loved it. I'm grateful for that. Staff was nice even though it was close to closing.

This is one of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to in years! The customer service was great, clean and great quality food. I wished we lived close to this location!

My bf and I are from out of state and we visited this location a year ago and the employees were beyond sweet to us. So much better than the wendy’s we have at home, we truly miss this wendy’s.

I don't know if they are under new management or what but they are so much better than before probably the best Wendy's in the Toledo, Napoleon, Wauseon, Swanton ,Defiance ,Archbold area.

Of all of the fast food restaurants this one has gotten my order right far more than any other. Thank you!

Wendys seems to get a bad rap, but i like the value priced food, mine always is good and tasty and employees are always nice to me:)
