Very clean dinning room and friendly staff. Food was hot and made perfectly

Bro was the manager and working all by himself at 1 in the morning and got our food out faster then rush hour

This location has definitely made some changes for the better. We have went twice this month and both times were 5 stars. The staff was friendly knowledgeable and fast. The food was served correct temperature it tasted exactly as it should. We live in the area and frequented this location many times. But recently we definitely agree they are doing a great job and deserve a big Thank you for great service. 👍

We stopped at this Taco Bell while driving home on a road trip. I was out of it and missed the self serve kiosks. It was busy but the worker stopped and took my order. I ordered something that was no longer offered and he offered to make me something like it, so sweet. So friendly, clean, and food east fresh and hot.

Taco Bell is my preferred fast food. I've been to alot of Taco Bells and I always order the same thing. Some are definetely better then others. This one was really good, everything was hot, chips and tortillas/shells were all fresh, no skimping on cheese or meat either. Can't say if its always this good but it's rare all those things align in one order lol

Limited staff, kicking butt!

I went in to order. Ordered at the kiosk, made my payment, and had no technical or other issues.
Order took about 8 minutes to assemble. It was a decent sized order, too.
They rocked it out, kept their heads down and kept at it.
Only 3 people working and they kicked out well made accurate orders. TB corporate, give these guys a raise!

I rarely have issues with my order here unless it's through Door Dash. Plus, the people working drive-thru at this store are generally quite friendly comparatively.

I saw they had a drive thru line that was wrapped around the building and I KNEW I just HAD to go there because my FAVORITE part of any restaurant is waiting in long lines, if I see they're swamped I just roll on in because I LOVE complaining about having to wait in line for my food like everybody else.

Food was great, order was right and the staff was friendly. Definitely going back.

I just ordered some food right before closing and it was amazing. The last 3 times I have went during the night shift, the food has been amazing and done right. I am a difficult person with special orders and everything was done to a T!! The guy at window was very respectful. Great crew right now on nights. I will continue to come backk!

Service was quick and food was hot, fresh, and affordable. I appreciate how patient and courteous the workers were. They made sure I got the sauce and napkins I needed. The special requests were entered correctly, and I didn't have to repeat myself. I look forward to returning to them and walking away happy and well fed.

We had a great experience. They appeared to be short staffed but we got our food fast and they were very accommodating. I couldn't ask for more.

Yummy tacos helped fill me up for a long drive. This place was packed. Several cars with long orders- not sure if it's bc of the locals or others driving through and looking for some tacos on a long drive on the highway. Still good food despie a longer than normal wait time- around 15 min when packed. This was actually quite fast! Thanks!

Quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell! Staff was friendly, food was hot, every item was correct and served very fast!

Not a soul was in the dining area. So I was happy to eat by myself. The music was a little loud. The food was great and the service was average. Everything was clean and smelled fine. I really like this new taco Bell!

Fast service, good food served fresh and hot.at the drive thru. When it's late in Napoleon and you are hungry Taco Bell is the only fast food place that is open. I believe its till 1:30 am, might be later.

With only a 3 woman crew (1 a newbie on register), a busy drive-thru and full inside, I got friendly / fast service. A minor problem was corrected politely. Thanks for the upbeat attitude. I will be back😁

Great service. Was running a little late for work the drive-through line was a little slow was offered a free drink and the staff was very cute and courteous. Made it to work on time with my bag of Bell.
