Apple Summit Sierra

First time I’ve ever used their services. I think I scared the Genius with my iPhone 12 mini - “it’s never been serviced?!” Went to have the battery replaced instead of having to shelve out hundreds of dollars for a new phone - oh I’ll be back in a year or two lol. The door greeter was polite and directed me to the waiting area and about 20 minutes later had them take the phone and was told to come back in an hour. Had lunch came back and looked at the different products before paying my bill and leaving. It honestly was the best (and first) tech service I’d ever had. I didn’t know there was an option to replace the battery- but if I can get another year or two out of it - awesome!

Hands down Apple is the poster child of how retail should be conducted. Well staffed, one is acknowledged when you walk in the store, you are advised of the wait time, and someone is there to help you individually with what you need. Yes, their products are expensive, but the quality makes it worthwhile. They give solid information, don't waste your time, and they are not on commission, so the recommendations are unbiased and genuine. For whatever one's needs are, it is a pleasure doing business in an Apple store. Highly recommend.

Quick friendly service to have an iPhone charging port cleaned and to purchase AirPods Pro. I always have positive experiences at this store.

Staff are very polite, knowledgeable and were in there no more than 30 mins. They were able to take care of my new I phone 13 pro max . I'm a very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work. Thank you. ☺

We went there to get my daughters phone unlocked and we were helped right away. There was no wait because we also got there when they opened and everyone was super polite. We did have to wait a few minutes for my daughters phone to unlock but the lady who helped us was very helpful and attentive. She had to go help other customers but she made sure to come back and check on us. Make sure that everything was going OK instead of just leaving us hanging. So my experience there was pretty amazing. I would go back if I ever needed more help. Also it was no charge to unlock her phone. ❤

Super helpful staff, went in for repairs without an appointment, it took a while but it was worth it. The employee was very helpful and took care of the problem right away. Would recommend this location. Book an appointment a head of time to avoid waiting.

Great experiences here. Gabriel is super kind and helpful. Everyone just seems like good people here. Troy helped me with a very niche problem, and was awesome to talk to as well. Highly recommend this store!

I always have a good experience at the Reno store. Employees are very knowledgeable and always helpful. Glad this store is still around and that everything can be done in person when phone chats aren't an option.

I have only recently begun to purchase Apple products, so I don't have a lot of experience with this store. I've been in there twice now and thought their service was excellent. It really seems to be a well oiled machine. The two representatives answered all our questions and they had everything in stock that we wanted, so they were pretty seamless transactions. I've always felt Apple was a little too proud of their products, and that reflected in their pricing, but who isn't nowadays.

We came from out of town to visit family and needed to make a last minute unexpected purchase. we were seen by Matt C and provided top notch customer service. We left with all of our questions answered and assured that we could make a decision with confidence. Definitely 5 star service.

i had an issue with my macbook and steve helped me out a lot with getting a replacement. he made sure i understood the whole process and was overall one of the best customer service experiences i’ve ever had.

I was a little nervous to come here since there were a lot of bad reviews, but my appointment went quickly & my issue was resolved. My appointment was for 12:30, I got there at 12:10 and was told I couldn't check in until 5 minutes before. At 12:25 I was promptly checked in & at 12:35 a rep came over to go over my request. We ended up shipping my macbook in for a repair and I left the store around 12:45 (so a total of ~35 minutes in the store). My computer was shipped, repaired, and returned within 3 days and is now working fine.

Two million stars. It’s Father’s Day and my dad passed one week ago. It has been very heartbreaking and my brother and I were struggling to find photos from his more wild adventures (like paragliding in India). Todd helped me get the photos off his computer (as a legacy contact). I sat there in the Apple Store flipping through photos that would have been lost forever without Todd’s help. I can’t express my gratitude for the help getting these priceless photos. 🥹❤

I had some significant problems with my Macbook Pro that was out of warranty. I don't want to bore you with the details; that's not the point of this review. But, here is what I experienced: (1) They listened intently and did not brush me off; (2) the had crazy, wizbang technology designed to troubleshoot my computer; (3) they worked hard to fix it and the turnaround time was only a couple of business days; (4) after the repairs, I lost confidence in the computer and wanted a new one. Given the trouble I had and given this computer was less than 3 years old, they bent over backwards to help me with the new purchase. They did things for me I'm pretty sure they didn't have to do but they were more focused on making things right than shaking me down for every penny they could. I feel that they were more than fair, considerate of me and my experience, and were laser focused on making things right. Great store!!

We have been a big fan of Apple products. We have every single item here. We try to order products online to avoid the line and sometimes it taking so long.
But lately I have a little problem with my promotion si I have to get in by myself. Chelsea is so amazing. Helping us real fast. She is nice and polite.

I had a great experience at the Apple Store yesterday. Went in on a Saturday morning, so of course the store was full of waiting customers. They put me on a wait list and took my cell number, told me it would be about an hour wait so I could leave and go do other things. So I went and ran some errands, and the text notified me when it was time to return to the store. I only had to sit for about 15 minutes before I was helped. Toby was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient at addressing my device issue and getting it taken care of. I was so appreciative to get such great customer service, especially on such a busy day of the week.
