Whenever I have to go to the Apple Store it’a always a good experience. The representative who serve the customers coming into the Apple Store are proficient, knowledgeable, skillful & pleasant regarding the customer & the Apple products. They do their very best to give the customer the best possible experience. My phone was a big issue & I was frustrated & yet there were patient & willing to walk me through the process. I would highly recommend the Apple Store. I always buy my products from the competitor but no one beats the great service given at the Apple Store! I highly recommend them over any other phone carrier in my city! They are by far the Best.

I was having trouble getting a new line up and running, even though I had visiter other Verizon stores for help. Luckily I stopped in this location and Esmeralda was so helpful! She gave us all the information and guidance we needed to get the line going. Esmeralda is very knowledgeable and was willing to do what it took to solve our problem. Grateful to know she’s there.

Based on my needs, this store is in a great location and Esmeralda was a true professional. Her approachability, kindness, willing to listen, professionalism and outstanding knowledge allowed for a product to be purchased in a manner that was easy and enjoyable. She gets it and made the shopping experience productive.

I went in to replace my old phone for my birthday during the Verizon Black Friday sale. I also got an amazing deal on a Samsung tablet. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience!

I had such an amazing experience with Samantha. This store has always been the best to go to, but after the stressful week I had trying to fix an issue, Samantha was a breath of fresh air and was able to help me in every way possible.

Jacob is great! Very obliging and accommodating! Dealt with another worker the day prior trying to resolve the same issue and left with the problem unresolved and frustrated. He is the reason I will be returning to the store.

Savannah was ABOVE AND BEYOND AMAZING. I walked in with a weird issue where at first her system wouldn’t allow her to support me. So she advised I call the phone support and I suggested I leave so I didn’t waste her time but she encouraged me to stay so that she could support along they way! I at that moment knew this would not be a waste of time. Over the phone support was unable to help as well and by end the situation was not resolved but Savannah provided me a proper time frame and if the issue was not resolved to return to her the following day. BUT my issue is now resolved. I was in GREAT, compassionate and understanding hands and I am beyond grateful. I think this world has become so fatigued, people don’t care anymore and I see it all the time. But Savannah did not show anything other than fantastic customer service and care!! Thank you again! I would give you more than 5 stars if I could.

I went in to close my Verizon account and make the switch over to AT&T. 30 min with my salesperson (kolby) and I was completely reassured and upgrading both phone and watch. All of my options and protection plans were thoroughly explained, the devices were all shown to me and I was walked through the specs which helped me make an informed choice on my new device(s). I got everything upgraded, and was advised on accessories to look into— even if I didn’t buy them there. For example the USB-C chargers are better than the old ones and you shouldn’t use the old chargers with the newer devices because they can damage the battery life over time. I had the liquid glass applied to my devices (super cool) and got my screen protectors situated. They were incredibly busy but my salesperson managed to both give me the full attention I needed while checking in new customers it was such a seamless operation I am thoroughly impressed! Courteous, knowledgeable and personable staff really made this visit the complete opposite of what I was expecting. 11/10 I will only be coming to this store from now on.

Store representative Josh was very knowledgeable, very easy to work with and talk to, helpful, professional, and friendly. I’ll be asking for him when I come back to the store! He’s the best Verizon staff person I’ve interacted with yet, as a 10+ years customer who’s had Verizon plans/phones in multiple states.

This Verizon Store outside Reno is staffed with talented employees who take great care of their customers. They spend the time with you to help determine what you need and which phone and service will work best in your situation. Arleighsha provided me with amazing help choosing a new phone and upgrading my data plan during my June 2022 visit. She has a lot of skills to her credit and her business background covers all the know-how today’s young career workers need to successfully represent their companies. I was very impressed with her ability to see, understand and recommend what would serve me best. She was friendly, kind and patient and asked thoughtful questions (it was my first new cell phone in over 5 years) and her extensive experience with equipment was a blessing! Her understanding and willingness to walk me through all of my options made my day. She even came out and synced my new phone with my car so I could drive home with everything hooked up and working great! Thank you, young lady! And thank you, Verizon!!

Every time we go to this store, we get a different associate. But, somehow that has never equated to a bad interaction and we have always left this location fulfilled, with everything we needed accomplished.

Colby was AMAZING!!! He was so efficient and extremely helpful with our questions. I’m so glad he looked out for my mom and I, getting our account up to date, both phones programmed, glammed up, along with my new watch! We will visit again!
