McDonald's

So I want to start this off and say I’m somewhat of a McDonalds connoisseur. I happened upon the McDonalds here in Emmitsburg to have an early lunch. It is kind of out in the middle of nowhere so my expectations were not high. We were greeted with the upmost kindness at the drive thru window. She was super sweet and patient. The food came out very quick. What I saw next was something I haven’t seen in ten years. My fries were packed full. It almost brought a tear to my eye. What followed was divine. The fries were cooked to absolute perfection. The crisp was unmatched and the salt perfectly distributed amongst them. I thought surely my cheeseburgers couldn’t be on the same tier as the fries. Boy was I wrong. That cheeseburger has the softest bun I’ve ever felt. The cheese placed with pin point accuracy. The onion ratio perfect. The taste was the best McDonald’s cheeseburger I’ve ever had. The Coke tasted as if it came from the waters of lake Minnetonka. We also had a McChicken which was the same. The lettuce appeared to come fresh from a garden. I was stunned it was all perfect down to the bag it came in.

Quick visit using the mobile app to pick up breakfast for my son using points. Very friendly and efficient. I can't comment on the atmosphere inside the store as I went through the drive-thru.

It was yuck weather conditions so the floor would have somewhat a mess. However, they had someone in the lobby area cleaning the floor of the mess constantly. Good job in my opinion.
Could probably take “ fast” out of the fast food designation. But this is typical of many fast food places any more.

this is by far my favorite mcdonald’s, i am from westminster and ours sucks! whenever me and my friend are on our way to hagerstown we make it a point to stop here, the past 3 times, the fries have been perfectly cooked and steaming hot. nugs are amazing as well. I wish our mcdonald’s was as good as this one, truly the best one i’ve ever been to.

I love this McDonald's, it's my go to for sure. Such a small town yet this McDonald's is the besttt. The staff are amazing, it's always clean, and food is amazing.

No long wait fast service plenty of seating great restroom clean and sanitary they had a tablet on a wall for kids to play games and your usual McDonald's food options

Went through the drive thru and ordered burgers with no pickles on them. Normally when I order no pickles on my burgers, they have the pickles on them. Thank you for not screwing up my order

Employees good, but this McDonald's seems too small to handle all the customers it gets.

Got fresh coffee on demand. Server very friendly and courteous.

Very clean eating area and restroom. The service was great.

We were on a long road trip and arrived shortly after their lobby closed at 11:00 PM. We asked at the drive thru if we could use their bathroom and they graciously let us in. After using the bathroom we ordered food at the drive thru and they made it for us fresh. Can't say enough about the staff and especially the Manager, who embodied the holiday spirit for this tired family of five!

The folks had my take out meal ready in record time!

Quick, easy, precise and friendly. We order the family chicken bundle and everything was perfect. With a couple of picky eaters, the random pickle or shred of lettuce on a "only ketchup" sandwich must always be avoided! These folks got everything just right.

Went out of their way to make sure I had a fresh cup of coffee, thank you so very much. For your kindness....

This is a pretty good McDonald's branch. It's very clean, the staff are courteous, and the foods are fresh compared to the other McDonald's I've been in. The self-order kiosks are also pretty cool to use. Overall, it's a nice place to get some food.

This McDonalds was great. Always fresh when we order burgers and fries. Always hot and fresh love that with this location. And I loved how clean their soda station is ever time we stop in here. I definitely give this McDonalds a 5 star rating because their food is always fresh and hot their place of business is always clean and the customer service from the workers is always kind and refreshing to see. We will definitely be back every month when we come down that way for my doctors :)

I am from Pennsylvania and needed to stop for a late dinner so this McDonald's it was! I have never met such an amazingly friendly staff anywhere at any restaurant ever like this one ! My baby who is only 10 months old loved these workers .They took time to interact with him and made him smile the whole time, he really enjoyed it here..Big Thanks to the evening workers! McDonald's should really appreciate you ladies , I have never felt more welcomed at a fast food place. Thanks again 💖

Still my favorite spot. Just stopped in for the bathroom and played some bowling while we waited on our other friend. Love the wall de Big Mac, my fav sandwich there! Bathroom was clean I dont live in the area, so can't speak on consistency.
