Super friendly service here. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Will continue to include this as a coffee stop on future road trips.

It’s difficult to get all the orders correct when there are so many people coming through the drive through line and walking in during the morning hours, so I can ordinarily be pretty forgiving about the wrong kind of cheese and so forth. But I appreciate the extra effort staff showed making sure that our wheat allergy was accommodated, because that’s a much more important detail! Thank you!

Staff is polite and ☕ is ery good. They need to change up the donut 🍩 selection. It's the same most of the time. Maybe powdered donut with chocolate 🍫 creme middle would be nice.

Great new Dunkin Donuts location. This is the only coffee shop in Emmitsburg. Excited to have it! Service is great! Every time I have ordered coffee it has tasted very fresh. I Love That! There are other locations (I won't mention) that I stopped going to because the coffee tasted old most of the time. This location has it together!!! Great Tasking Fresh Coffee!! I can't wait until the seating inside opens!

Emmitsburg location is very well run, friendly staff and product has been correct.
I go here alot ,Routzeville location same review both locations extremely busy so allow extra time during peak hours.

Even with just opening, just like the other said, incredibly fast service. Line was to the entrance but no problem for this place. If this was Westminster or Hagerstown I would’ve been waiting a good 15 mins.

Clean!!! I like this midway stop on my 6 hr trip with the dogs. The inside and outside are tidy.

I stip here to pick up a quick dozen for staff at work and they are on the ball. It's always fast and friendly service and a nice mix variety.
