Tim Hortons

Love this place stop every morning best coffee as well as ice caps. Their bagels are always fresh and Tim bits are soft and always have the variety.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my coffee in the morning.

They made for me the best damn cold brew coffee have tasted, and I have tasted a lot of them. The customer service is outstanding, and I am in awe when it comes to several of the folks there. It was Amario (sp?) who made the Cold Brew. He should get a medal 🏅 and a raise. Unlike some of these places that will sell you brew w/o all of the ingredients like the location in Wayne, these folks are true to their word. Thank you !!

I recently visited Tim Hortons and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and the warm and friendly staff. It was an experience that left me feeling satisfied and eager to return. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine smile and a warm welcome.

The staff at Tim Hortons truly went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to assist with any questions I had. Whether it was helping me choose the perfect coffee blend or suggesting a delectable pastry to accompany my order, their enthusiasm and expertise shone through.

What impressed me the most was the efficient and fast service. Despite the high number of customers, the staff worked diligently to ensure everyone was served promptly. It was evident that they had a well-organized system in place, which allowed them to maintain a steady flow while still providing individual attention to each customer.

Not only did the staff excel in their service, but their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. The positive energy in the air was infectious, and it made my visit all the more enjoyable. It was refreshing to see employees who genuinely seemed happy to be there and eager to make their customers' day better.

Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable. The dining area was tidy and well-maintained, and the tables were promptly cleared after each use. It's always a pleasure to enjoy your food in a clean and comfortable environment, and Tim Hortons certainly delivered on that front.

In terms of the food and beverages, Tim Hortons' offerings were as delicious as ever. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the pastries were freshly baked and delectable. The menu had a wide variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring there was something for everyone.

Overall, I cannot praise Tim Hortons enough for their great service and friendly staff. They truly went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for their customers. From the moment I entered until the moment I left, I felt like a valued guest. I highly recommend visiting Tim Hortons if you're looking for a place with exceptional service, mouthwatering treats, and a warm and inviting atmosphere.

I stop here more mornings than I probably should. The staff is normally very good at keeping the drive through line moving although I favor having my stuff ready for pickup.

It is one of the only locations in the area that offers the sour cream glaze donuts and Timbits.

I have not found a better quality in any of the menu items outside of Canada. If you have ever eaten at a Canadian Timmy’s you know what I mean.

Very fast service, the donuts was very good and

I “try” to stop at least twice a week I don’t drink coffee but I get the peanut doughnuts and a steak wrap I have no problems with the staff. They have multiple times made me peanut doughnut because they do not make a lot of them do too. I assume allergies my steak wrap is also made special with extra sauce and no tomato and I am never disappointed when I open it especially these two staff members. Know my face an have gone above an beyond janiya Hailey thanks !!!

Service lacks timely response at times on the morning some employees don't respond well on busy times appear to panic

I don't know about the weekends, but weekday mornings has a great morning crew. They're pretty busy all morning but they handle it well & make customers feel welcome. Great place to just sit & chill or drive through.

My very first stop when I land in Detroit love this place.

6 stars out of 5. Most of the restaurants in this stip are using covid as an excuse to not open the dining room or the bathrooms.

Not only does tim hortons have their bathroom open (I have little kids and this is a must), they have the dining room open.

Plus they are even classier with signs on each table once it is cleaned! Pic attached. Go tim hortons, you won my business and my respect!

It’s not often I have time before work to stop by this Tim Hortons, but when I do, the drive through team is beyond exceptional! I usually come around noon when I can, and it’s always a pleasure. Fast and friendly service, I can’t recommend this place enough.

A lil busy but also had great experiences here.

the person who put cream cheese on my bagel today, monday, oct 11th at 11am, needs a raise. in fact, they need to travel to every surrounding tim hortons and teach them how to make a bagel. 10/10 recommend, divine, a+

Visited yesterday, they weren't able to make something on my online order- I had no clue what I could replace it with. The customer service I got from all 3 staff members was amazing. They figured out something my son loved that they could make. I have been in there other times and not felt like there was any customer service... Honestly to the point I dreaded coming to this location... The 3 employees that worked 8/18/22 around 6:30pm... AMAZING customer service. It was also nice to see that during not busy time, all staff members were prepping or cleaning. Many times I have went into places and workers seem frustrated that people came into business.

Very clean restaurant. I drive for Uber and made a stop in to use the restroom. Very clean as well. Very nice to see that a restaurant off the freeway was clean, friendly, and had a very helpful staff. Will stop in here again. Please keep doing what you're doing. You have one of the nicest Tim Hortons I have seen in awhile.

I absolutely love the employees at Tim Hortons drive thru!! I go there 2-3 times a day to get coffee. It's ALWAYS fresh and perfect along with anything else I order. I work at dominoes so I know things can get crazy or aggravating in customer service but you'd never know it with the employees there. Always pleasent and friendly so TIP them big!!! They deserve it!

Fast service. Turkey bacon pretzel sandwich was delicious. However, I did not feel it was a nearly $7 sandwich. It was definitely a sandwich to remember. Staff handled the morning rush very well and remained friendly, smiling and thankful for my business. A bit pricey but definitely recommend for a great cup of coffee and a great sandwich.
