Gloria Jean Cafe & Bakery

This has quickly become one of my favorite spots to eat. Where do I even begin? The staff is chipper and super attentive all the time. The atmosphere is cozy, chill, and inviting. They have cute art, baked goods, and other trinkets they sell from local crafters and bakers. The bathrooms and tables are spotless and clean. They have so many different food and drink options that anyone can eat here. The food is scrumptious and the drinks are refreshing (pictured below: GJ Classic Grilled Cheese, Egg Sandwich, and bakery case)! I can’t say enough about this place. They once even gave me a free cookie because my food was taking longer than expected. 5/5. A must eat if you are visiting the area or if you are craving a quick, yet delicious meal!

Places like this are exactly why I love living here. Great menu, great prices, fantastic atmosphere and staff. Coming here is the highlight of my day. Thank you to the staff for running a great cafe! I just realized they serve alcohol too, best espresso martini I’ve ever had! $1 mini cupcakes. The bfast sandwich surprisingly came with a yummy hashbrown. 10/10

The stuffed French toast, avocado toast, brown sugar shaken espresso, and matcha lattes were delicious, not to mention all of the baked goods 😍😍

Such a cute Cafe. Food was really good and drinks were good. I got the Reuben and it came with a home made pickle. The cinnamon roll was amazing as well. Over all really delicious and I loved the atmosphere. Decorated nicely and clean inside. Would recommend to anyone!

It’s a beautiful cafe with delicious bakes and coffee, great staff too. We will definitely be back!

Spacious, clean, open & light, is how I describe the atmosphere here. It is larger than I imagined, lots of tables with adequate space, there are tons of windows letting in light, the place is very clean. There’s a cute window that gives you a look into them baking in the back. I had a hazelnut ‘GJ’ latte that wasn’t too sweet or strong.
Edit: OMG, they now serve wine!

We have been here multiple times. I love the place in every aspect! The staff is friendly, I’ve gotten to kale salad twice super delicious. Their grilled cheese with apple is so yummy. (Stole a bite of my hubby’s)
The feta bread was so good we brought it home and the kids devoured what was left!
They have a great tea selection, and I do swing by and grab a coffee before work.
If you love a glass of wine, they even have that after 2p.

Love this cafe! First time here was for an author’s book signing yesterday. Comfortable, warm atmosphere with friendly, wonderful staff. I ordered some sandwiches and desserts to go and my food was great! Adding Gloria Jean’s to my list of favorite places to eat.

Very cute cafe, nice atmosphere. Super friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have anything to eat but liked the iced Cafe Latte with lavender lemon syrup a lot.

This place is the bees knees!!! The staff is delightful, along with the best coffee ever. Food is amazing. Great place to come relax, meet, work, anything. Would recommend to anyone!

First time here and I am very happy with my coffee and my food. The service was amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

I don’t know what it is about this place, if it’s the quality, the brands they use, the ratios, whatever, but their coffee is ALWAYS so delicious!! I’ve had an iced mocha, iced brown sugar shaken espresso (pictured), an Italian soda, and a sandwich at this place so far & everything has been above and beyond good.

The service is great, the atmosphere is nice and relaxing, it’s an ideal hang out space and the owner/workers are just incredibly pleasant. It’s a little on the pricey side, so unless you’re getting drip every day (which is also delish!), it’s more like a special treat every now and again. I mean it’s as expensive as Starbucks, but far better. Plus, small business support! Definitely check this place out, you can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu.

I took my friend for lunch here today it was so nice it was cozy quiet and the food was so good we had soup ( we had broccoli & white cheddar ) and we had the sliders they were delicious we got ham w provolone
We also had a almond joy brownie
Today was a special day 81 st birthday of owner Mom who restaurant is named after
They had vaccine & tea special and a lady doing chair massages we had our lunch then each got a 5 minute massage
My friend can’t get out alot many Dr appts so she really enjoyed it
I will definitely be back

The lattes are amazing and so is the cobb salad with the honey Dijon vinaigrette! I order a salad no matter where I am or time of day and this one hit the spot. I will gladly come back!

I went in today for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and very personable. She recommended a drink called Brown Sugar. It was life changing. Inside was clean and cozy. I look forward to going back.

I tried the cinnamon roll and cappuccino and they were both amazing. I love the atmosphere of the place. Service is also great.

I can not say enough good things about this place! I love the hot cider! Probably my favorite thing right now. You can’t go wrong with any of the baked treats! I love the scones and my husband can’t get enough of the chocolate chip cookies. The staff is very friendly. I tried the monte cristo sandwich today and it was amazing! Definitely check out the events. There are card making classes and painting classes sometimes. I really enjoy my lil lunch dates with my husband here.

The Coffee is always fresh and so are the Baked goods , it's been a few months , I'm usually there when I have physical therapy across the street but I no longer have therapy thank you , Gloria for your hospitality ❤🙏❤🙏❤🙏

Such a DELIGHTFUL gem in Belleville, MI! I couldn't have been more pleased with my visit 🥰 the staff were genuinely kind, the barista was patient with all of my first-time-guest questions (😆), and the ambiance was so soothing and relaxing. It's now my go-to place for coffee in this adorable town ❤ Thank you to Dawn and Sophie for making my experience simply lovely!!

Cool place! Great coffee! Yummy desserts! Delicious in house baked bread! You can have a glass of wine or a mimosa with your meal & relax. Did I say, great coffee!! Trust me, it's delicious! I'm not a Pumpkin Vanilla Chai sort of person, but their's is literally delicious, so go! Try this cool place... trust me! Thank me later! 😉
