McDonald's

Had issues with order. Ordered a large ice mocha coffee received a medium hot mocha coffee. Ordered my McChicken with no lettuce and adding cheese to it, and it had lettuce on it. I ended up telling the young lady just give me the hot coffee cuz I did not have time to wait for my coffee to be made again. Other than that the lady at the drive-thru was amazing. Just in the future, I'm going to go in and order my food instead of using the mobile app, that they can't seem to follow.

I came here with my school choir twice, each after a performance. The staff were wonderful, didn’t mind the fact that 40 teens came in at once, they have us our food all fresh. Nothing was soggy. The manager was also a sweetheart, she was super jolly when she saw the choir and even asked for a picture of our choir. Absolutely my favorite Mcdonald’s yet.

The service at this McDonald's is great 👍🏾. Refreshing to experience a fast food restaurant as it should be. Friendly quick staff,and great food.

Like most McDonald's they have moved over to the self service and pretty much ignore you. Most people are kind enough and nice or whatever but they could truly care less. Maybe I'm old school but if you have to work in customer service at least mc- friken try...

Personally my favorite McDonalds location, the food always comes out hot and fresh.

I mean it’s a McDonalds, but this one has always been super consistent, food always comes out hot and is honestly the best McDonalds in the tri state area.

This hot moca coffee was the best i've ever had from a mcdonald's.

Always pretty fast, open late unlike many other stores on the Rawsonville strip (except the Wendy's n Taco bell {sometimes})
It is a McDonald's🤷 alright food, but friendly and great service. Keep it up guys!

Amazing customer service from the entire team there at that location. I actually look forward to getting up Mon-Fri going by that particular location for my morning 2 cups of joe (coffee) just because the staff is so friendly and inviting. A highlight of my day.

I had a very pleasant experience. This McDonald’s was the definition of fast food. Ordered 2 quarter pounders/w cheese. Although I didn’t get a receipt (machine ate it) my food was fresh,hot and well distributed if that makes sense. I would drive out of my way to eat lunch here. A lot of the private owned McDonald’s downriver should take notes from this location. Specifically grandger and the chipewala. Finally, the staff was friendly and was happy to serve me. To bad I’m not closer to this location.

Perfect location. Super fast service. Food was fresh!! Gotta be one of the best McDonald’s I visited! O and the two young lady’s at the windows were nice and talkative! 10:45 am 8/20/22

Love this McDonald's. They always have the food nice and done and get everything just perfect. My food always has good quality and more. I definitely recommend eating or ordering from there if you live close by!! They were also kind enough to give me a job there, I'm more then greatful for this McDonald's

This McDonald's rarely errs with an order.

I got a Carmal iced coffee...someone forgot to add the coffee. I swear all I could taste was creamed water...had I not had pressing things to do, I would have returned it. I will definitely make sure I taste before I go next time.

Food was good service was good and we got what we ordered, thank you Mickey D's.

Its McDonald's what do you want me to say. I do love the app and the promotions they offer. If you don't have their app you absolutely need it
