Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Awesome service! I came in yesterday to get some help and ideas for kitchen cabinet paint. The gentleman that worked with me was great help. Finally a place with knowledge and amazing customer service! I highly recommend and will return, stay away from lowes and home depot and go here, trust me.

Great costumer service. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the colors and different types of paint to use for each part of our room (trim,main wall, base board, ect.). They are also very fast, they had everything together in less than 10minutes. I will definitely come back for all my future painting needs 🙂

The guys are friendly and seem to know alot about what they have in the store. Nice to have someone tell you all about the different types of paint that they have and we didn’t know about them at all.
Been there Many times since the first review this is just another review.
Been shopping at Lowe’s for paint and supplies before the first review and we stopped in here to see if they had the colors we wanted. They did. But we didn’t know that they had paint that absorbed odors. We did buy that and it’s been about 1 year now and it still seems like it’s working when we cook it doesn’t linger for days like it used to. Since he sold us on that and we feel it’s working, we have not been to any other store for paint or supplies.

I once sat in a team building training at work and was asked to think of places that offer exceptional customer service. If this meeting was held today I would without a doubt argue that Sherman Williams in Brockport is better than all of the companies that first come to mind. My sales guy Collin was literally the definition of great customer service. Before he even asked me what I needed he asked me my name and introduced himself. Then asked how he could help. And help he did. I will gladly spend more money on paint if it means being treated the way I was at this store. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and didn't push to upsell me on anything. He presented all the information I needed clearly, and I walked out of the store feeling confident I'd purchased the things I needed for the project I'm working on. Thank you Collin, and thank you Sherman Williams for setting the bar!

I had a wall and exposed fiberboard ends that were stained with beet juice. I asked Ryan for the best that they offered primer and semigloss white. The results were amazing. Thank you Ryan and Sherwin-Williams.

I was greeted with a smile and asked immediately if I needed help. I told the associate what I needed and he explained the difference between two whites that were available and helped me make a selection of the type of finish. He told me that he had just finished a piece of furniture himself and that it turned out beautifully. We have always purchased Sherwin-Williams products as they are excellent.

The way they have things set up for social distancing is great! The employees are doing alot more running around but they are keeping their customers safe! The employees working today were so friendly and helpful matching colors for us.

called the store and was able to tell me if product was available right away, sent my husband there to get it. knowlekgable about the products, friendly, answered the phone right away. highly recommend this store. have had dealings in the past with this store and i am pleased with them. professional and knows there jobs well .

Store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Understood the nuances of color shadings and had some great ideas.

GREAT STORE GREAT PAINT WORTH EVERY EFFORT. WENT TO THE STORE GOT EVERYTHING I NEEDED FIGURED OUT WENT BACK A FEW DAYS LATER AND ORDERED IT ALL UP. GOT WHAT I WANTED AT A GOOD QUALITY PRICE PLUS ITS IN TOWN GREAT LOCATION AND FRIENDLIER THAN LOWES

Once again a great experience buying paint here .Raimy helped us through our selections,no over selling us stuff I didn't ask for.I've painted a couple of big metal pole barns with Raimy and Kyle's
help as well as my masonry foundation and porches.It is well worth paying for quality material if you want a quality finish.Dealing with people that want to help you accomplish a successful project is a huge plus and makes it worth while to deal with Sherwin Williams Brockport.

they have a customer that helps greatly when you are trying to decide a color for your room,the repr.@ Brockport helped me greatly when I brought my curtains in and informed her the size of the room,she found the true color and pulled out the exact sample slips,and suggested a trail paint sample to put on my walls, to see what the paint did, the next day I bought a gallon of the paint for the walls and ceiling white paint,the room looks beautiful,thank you for all your help,you are a true asset to SherwinWilliams

Employees are extremely helpful in helping you make up your mind as to the best choices for color, how to wallpaper, how to paint and all the tools to do it with.

Great staff at the Brockport location. They can match stain, which you are not going to get at the big box stores.

Although it may cost more than a big box stores. You get what you pay for. A good quality product and a knowledgeable staff.
