Johnnie helped both my husband and me purchase new phones at a minimal cost. He transferred everything over, even trouble shooting my clogged port. We were there quite a while and Johnnie was always supportive, patient, and courteous. We love our Southbury store!

I cannot thank the staff enough! I had to come and purchase a new phone for my mother who is in a rehabilitation facility after her surgery. Brandon my assistant was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic to the situation. I had to make several calls back to my mother for her to understand what I was doing and he explained everything to her as well. He told me that if there was anything that she needed I can call or have come back in.
I know that when it is my turn to upgrade I will be coming back for the exceptional service!

I was disconnected from C.S. while trying to switch to a new phone. The kinea closed and I had no service on either phone. The C S. lines closed so I had to wait to get to a store the following day. As soon as I walked in, Brandon was eager to help fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, polite and got me out of the store in a timely manner so that I can get to work on time.
