Great experience. Was lucky enough to catch them on their Presidents’ Day sale. Saved myself a couple hundred dollars from even online vendors. Great staff, courteous and knowledgeable would definitely purchase there again.

Your associates have gone above and beyond for him, including a call to let us know that they didn't forget about his order. The knowledge of your staff on all things ski is really something that you don't find in many industries these days. It shows that you really care about your customers AND staff. Hello Leisuretime! I'm happy to share my experience yesterday with Shelby. I've had trouble with my new boots I purchased at the end of last season. I could not purchase at your store as you had no Low Volume boots last April. Anyway, after several return trips to Vermont to have adjustments made, I called your store to have a boot fitting as Heather Joy was so helpful last year. Yesterday, I was equally impressed with Shelby! So is so knowledgeable about every aspect of boot fitting that we discussed. She listened carefully to my rambling explanation of my problem without interrupting, before offering a solution. Within minutes she resolved my issue perfectly. I cannot really express how great this place is!! The customer service is fantastic, and prices are great. When I called to talk about the ski rentals for my son they didn't rush me off the phone, they explained things in detailed and were so so so helpful and nice!

I made the trek to Ski Haus earlier today and was so disappointed in their very limited stock in store for womens gear. Little did I know heading to my next stop, that Liesuretime of Southbury which is right in our area, had a broad selection of great snowboards and skis- for both women and men (and kids). The woman who helped me was super knowledgeable and helped me settle on a new Burton camber board for my all mountain style, as well as tune up my current board. They also helped install my bindings on the new board I purchased, so I could walk right out fully set up! Very impressed with this hidden gem and highly recommend you go visit this shop!

Great experience! Rented skis and snowboards for the season. We were a little late in the season and still ended up with new equipment. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Will be back in the fall

Boot fitter is excellent! She did a great job fitting my son and giving him some good options to compare and choose from. He's very happy with his new Dalbello ski boots!

We had a great experience purchasing and getting fitted for seasonal ski rentals. The staff was friendly and easy to speak to about my questions. I’m definitely returning.

Excellent Service. I went there with only a little idea of what I wanted, and only a years experience of skiing after a couple of years off from covid. The people there were great, and really helped me understand what I should be looking for and explained why it mattered. I would, and do plan on going back when I need more stuff, or to get my gear re-tuned.

I had to replace my old ski boots; and a friend, of mine, had recommended your store.
I went, with no expectations , since my feet are hard to fit.
Then I met Shelby, your ski sales expert.
She is very knowledgeable, she fitted me with a new pair of Solomon boots. She took her time, taking lots of measurements. Then patiently, she let me wear them, play in them; she adjusted the straps with their riveted screws, until the perfect fit.
I highly recommend your team and store.
The store is chocked full of skis, ski wear and accessories. One will not be disappointed! If you can’t find it there; you won’t find it anywhere!

Leisuretime is the best and specifically Chris. We were told by a spa service company that our hot tub would never work again and needed to be trashed. Chris fixed the hot tub without much trouble. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We just set up our new hot tub and needed guidance with what chemicals we needed since we are on well water. And even though we did not buy the spa from them, they were very helpful in testing my water and recommending what products I personally would need to keep my spa healthy :-) I highly recommend they’re very friendly and knowledgeable!!!!!

What a great experience we had. I got my daughter's ski season lease here this year after hearing some talk on a chairlift. The place we went to last year slightly changed their program and I was looking to switch. Glad we did. Good equipment, great service, and super fast since we made an appointment. We'll be back, just wish I had found them sooner

Excellent work!!! Hand stone grind, hand wax, minor base repair and hand bevel edging. Came out great and 3 days early in time for the BOMB-CYCLONE 2022. Can't wait to hit the slopes in Colorado in a weeks time!!!

Great experience at Leisuretime! From calling them to ask about hot tubs and being knowledgable and having probably the most competitive pricing on a tub in the state, they were the best choice when looking for a dealer. We wanted to not only find a hot tub with good pricing but also wanted a dealer we know we can go to if we ever have any issues. This was the most important part, they have been in Buisness for quite some time and that shows a lot about their reputation. We were able to wet test the tubs they had, and felt it was very helpful in making our decision. We hope to have a great relationship as a new client of there's and I wouldn't look any further for a place with one of the best hot tub brands.
