Coffee was great. Donuts were good but can't compare to KK donuts. Sorry DD. Service was excellent and friendly.

This team is so nice! We just ordered some munchkins from here and they were out so they left a very nice note on the box and substituted it with some regular donuts. Super sweet, made our night. Thanks!

Great food and service , enjoy the extra large original hot coffee and hot chocolate, also like the avacado toast and plain stuffed bagel bites , pumkin donuts are great in season , and so is the spicy donut in season , staff is very friendly and efficient, especially in drive thru, thank you for the best coffee in the area , enjoy delivery with Door Dash as well.

My family jokes about how we should invest into stock here because how much I stop in. I go through the drive thru mostly if not with the family inside on the weekends. I'm beyond terrible with names but the main 5-7 I normally talk to that work those mornings that I'm/ we are there are pretty solid, nice and friendly! Any issues I've had have been handled fine. My only complaint that isn't this locations fault, is all of the Dunkin restaurants got rid of the lemonade, and I'm hopinggg they didn't get rid of the pancake wraps again too since my son loves them! ;)

Great spot for cheap, quick, great tasting ice lattes! I love the liquid sugar they use and it's just sweet enough for me! #pumpkinspice

I moved to Lake Wylie, SC a year ago. First order of business...find a Dunkin Donuts! 🙂 From my first visit to the Lake Wylie location at 335 Vesla Lane, the workers and service were absolutely the best!
Now, a little more than a year later, only one thing has changed...the workers are like family to me! They are soooo...pleasant and totally service minded. Virtually every day, a very nice note is written on my coffee container, such as, "Thank you, Del! Have a nice day" and a smiling face, "Happy Friday" and more.
I have never had such great service and pleasant personalities at any other Dunkin Donuts locations.
Thank you to everyone there for making my days so much brighter!! Love all of you! ♥💙 ... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've ordered through this location several times through the mobile app, whether it would be for drinks, only donuts, or both. They've gotten our orders right each time and when they were out of donuts, they asked what we wanted as a subsitute and they were also very friendly. Like if they could take this location and put it throughout CLT and the one down in Fort Mill, it would be amazing. But definitely worth the drive in Steele Creek.

I love this location. They can get a little busy in the morning but they still run quickly and food is always fresh. The best thing to do is use their app to order online, then just go through the drive thru and your order is ready when you get there.
Using the app to order online is by far the easiest way to customize your coffee or food to exactly what you want. Staff is great and they always get my customized orders correct. Plus you get points towards rewards through the app.

Same food, same place, but something has changed. It feels less friendly and in the last couple times I've been here the staff that have helped me seem to have a poor attitude. I have no idea what's going on, but it's not nearly as pleasant an experience as it used to be.

UPDATE: Went to this store this morning and had a much improved experience! The staff that helped us were very pleasant and helpful. Changed my Service rating from 3 to 5 stars because there truly was that much of an improvement. I hope this continues.

I always look forward to an iced coffee from Dunkin. When they discontinued the hazelnut, it was a hard blow, and I was a little down in the dumps about it, not to mention the caffeine withdrawal! I tried several other drinks, but nothing stuck until, working with the wonderful staff, we found the right combination of the "other hazelnut". It's back to my favorite after work treat!! 😄

This is my fav Dublin Donuts, they are all run by humans, but this location has kind humans who take the time to accept they messed up and the do it with a smile.
With a pandemic who is not understaffed, so I know if I’m ordering out, I have to be patient. Thank you for taking care of me! This location is amazing!!!!!

Every time they have been very sweet to us. They always get our order correct and they are very fast in the drive through line. I love the frozen hot chocolate and their donuts are great too!

I tend to stop here frequently. For a Dunks, the line tends to move along. They are very efficient and have to applaud the crew and the manager for doing a great job. Keep it up.

Excellent products like Donuts,plain croissants and cappuccino I love them. The most beautiful part was the service. Rather here 100% more than Starbucks. 🔥 🔥 🔥

I love this location. I always come here on my way to work in the morning. But today and a couple previous days, I ordered a large coffee and was given a medium and I was also charged for the large coffee and it's happening more and more often so maybe be a little bit more aware of that?

The app messes up frequently, the staff here is always happy to resolve the issue. Drinks are usually made well, and orders usually come out petty quick. The GM is extremely nice and accommodating.
