Lowe's Home Improvement

This is one of the best Lowes stores I have ever used and liked within the past 10 years or so. This store has the most employees to help you, and they actually will help you. The store is always nice and clean, they keep everything stocked up nicely and also tend to have more selection than some of the other surrounding stores.

Nice staff and lots of choices for most things. Prices were good compared to online and no shipping fees. 😃

Not often I post reviews but this was definitely one of those moments which I thought to share. Today evening I went to get Christmas net lights at Lowe’s Lake Wylie location . The specific item was all emptied at the aisle/location corresponding to it. Then I was approached by this gentleman/store associate- Richard. He asked me & then searched for the backfill location where the item was stocked. Since it was at the top of the aisle and it was difficult for him to reach there even with the store ladder, he went and got extra help from another associate in fetching the box of items. He then got all the boxes and replenished the items at the aisle immediately. Thanks to Richard for going above and beyond & lighting up the Christmas for all of us.

Went to grab a couple items needed for Halloween. Looked online for stock and location. Went in and everything needed was there as indicated online. Checked out and was thanked by the employee for stopping in. Couldn't ask for a more swift and simple shopping experience.

The first picture is a before. Renovation Removing a mobile home tub redoing the floors or walls vanity everything. All of the products came from this Lowe's. And it was so affordable. The team and plumbing is fantastic. And I would say that. They take an awful lot of care in hiring experienced. Or at least willing available and friendly helpful. Greatly trained staff. This bathroom was made handi-capable for someone who was starting to become. Problematic at walking over top of the bathtub. I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I did this work and service of others and in service of heavenly father. Thank U Lowe's.

I found everything I needed. Several associates were helpful, from telling me where to locate things to helping me load my car. I enjoy this store! I was able to place a large order for pick up, and the associates loaded my car for me. The service was awesome.

Gigantic hardware and home improvement store. No matter how big or small your project is they can help you get it done. Plumbing, paint, appliances, electrical, lumber, housewares etc..Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Dont be afraid to ask for help, they are happy to help and have specialist to answer all your questions. They also have a wonderful selection of plants, bushes, trees, soil, mulch, rocks, patio furniture, lawnmowers and anything you need to get your outdoor jobs done. Store is always clean and well organized. They also have a large selection of grills and Bar B Q cookers. I have never had a bad experience at any Lowes Home Improvement stores in any state. They have helped me get many projects done and I'm not really a handy man or know much about this stuff. I've fixed my toilets, stoves, and done lots of landscaping jobs with their assistance. I bought my battery powered weedeater, blower and extra chargers with batteries here and use them often.

Today they have awesome deals on plants! I spent $100 and this is what I got... I can't wait to get dirty in the morning!

My friend & I went to buy some items for her garden. They have a sale on bell peppers 4 for $10. Everything that we saw in the garden looked good. They were ready to plant so we got home and planted them and hopefully soon they will be ready to harvest.
The lady working in the garden section was very helpful. If you're interested in starting a garden try Lowe's. They're very helpful.

Lowes at Lake Wylie was a good experience. Not all Lowes are that friendly or helpful.

Love this local, friendly staff and they allow dogs on leash. The lady in flooring loves dogs and has treats! ;)

This Lowe's used to be mildly ok at best but it has definitely changed for the better in the last 2 months or so. The staff is extra friendly without being pushy and they have gone out of their way to be accommodating on more than 1 occasion. All of my online orders have been ready in a very reasonable time frame and picked accurately.

Wife and I were in to gather some ideas for an outdoor patio. Hector in tile did a great job in assisting us, so much so that we made it home, and drove back to the store after a short time being back at home. When we got back Hector, looked like he was done for the day, still continued to help us. He did excuse himself after answering all of our questions, but got us with Michael. Michael, was just as over the top helpful. These two guys are amazing!!

Gosia and the team in appliances did an amazing job sorting out my installation needs! She was fun and friendly while providing excellent service. The store is clean and well organized. I found all the other items I went for. All the staff was kind and helpful. The self check was better than other Lowe's stores. I will drive the extra to go here instead of the store that is closer.

I want to give a shout out to Ray, Sales Associate in Plumbing at Lowe's in Lake Wylie, SC. My husband needed a special fitting and couldn't locate it anywhere in the store. Ray approached him and offered to help. Ray said there was only one in the store and he searched until he found the fitting! Thanks, Ray for excellent customer service!

I need help with a facet issue , Anthony in pluming was patient and kind. Danelle at check out was helpful and friendly!
