McDonald's

The best McDonald's I've been to. Very nice workers, clean bathrooms and everything else. We got 4 nuggets instead of 6, but they gave us the whole new box of 6 nuggets in addition to the wrong one we had already, no question asked. They also gave us free frappé just because they had an extra one made by mistake. I say great experience overall.

Quick service and friendly. Redesign is cold and not friendly/welcoming like the classic McDonalds have always been. Food is very good/consistent for what it is though.

Went thru drive thru today. Was very quick and efficient. Both ladies at both windows delivered exceptional service today. It's been so long since I've received such friendly wonderful service at a fast food restaurant. And the order was correct and the food hot. Great job Lake Wylie McDonalds!!!!! I wanted to contact corporate to express how great you guys were today but I said no to receipt.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches
1/2 a piece of cheese on sandwich l guess is sufficient since the size of the fish looks like a KIDS sandwich

The one McDonald’s that pretty much has everything together. Have NOT experienced major attitudes and a whole bunch of managers yelling at staff, which is always a plus when it comes to visiting a Mickey D’s. Now that I think of it, this might be the only McDonald’s I’ve never had a problem with my order or service!

Placed an order on the app. Food was ready when I arrived. Fries were hot and salty - delicious! Burger was prepared just like I asked for it.

Food is always tasty and hot, the fries are the best in the area, top quality, my favorite thing to get is a Quarter Pounder with Cheese it is so good. Come here if you want a good fast meal.

My most recent visit to the Lake Wylie McDonald's started a bit off as it took quite a while for some to take our order. However, after that, it was easily the best experience I've had at any fast food chain recently! Our food was out in no time and delivered to our table piping hot! Everything was delicious and the staff was great. I feel they went above and beyond!

I had an issue with my mobile order, and the Fantastic Ms. Angelica Leach saved my day; it was super busy and she went above and beyond to get my order correct! The little pies are pretty scrumdiliumcious too.

I got a strawberry milkshake and fries. The fries were hot, and the ice cream machine worked. This McD's gets 5 stars for the ice cream machine alone.

This location is clean and well staffed. Nice interior. There is a outside seating area that has umbrellas for summer.

They run a tight ship in the mornings. The line always moves quickly. And I rarely have to get my order corrected.

Quick process and the drive thru people smiled and said thank you

I love the McDonald's app. Except I can't clear my past orders out ?? So lol it will order 20 Carmel frappe s.. well I guess I could freeze them and take out one a day 😂😂
My mom loves the new Crispy Chicken 🥪 🐓 she said there better than Chick-fil-A... And she will be 73 on the 26th so Happy Birthday 🎉🎂 Mom I ll get you a chicken sandwich from Mikey D's ..

Love getting their basket of fries! Drive thru was quick, food was hot and delicious.

Just wanted a cold drink paid for it wanted a receipt but that person didn't give us one. That's the only bad thing that happened

I’m going to lay it straight, McDonald’s has it it’s ups and downs. Originally I was going to write a bad review but I decided to give this McDonald’s another chance I decided to go again and it turned out pleasantly. Me and my sibling was just going to get a few drinks to enjoy and everything went smoothly this time the staff were polite and I didn’t have any problems. I understand that there are times when the store is busy and sometimes the employees can’t keep up so I am not going to be one of those people who jump on this review with the intent of giving the restaurant one star.

If I want McDonalds for the kids this is where I go. Today was a great example of why. Long story short, the card machine was only taking certain types of cards, mine was not one of them. The manager explained to me they had been having difficulty, and they were working to fix it. Having 3 hungry kids, and a bump in the system wasnt a good thing for me today. The General manager was there, and politely comped our meal for the inconvenience. This was greatly appreciated. The staff is always so friendly, and polite. If you are there in the late afternoon, Say hello to Ms. Carol. She always makes conversation with the kids and I when we are there, and is so sweet.

Always fast and friendly.

Very nice, friendly staff. My complicated order came out perfect by a happy employee with a big smile on her face!
