Mattress Firm Rivergate

My experience today at the Rivergate location was great! Megan, the Sleep Expert greeted me with a smile, which spoke volumes because usually the first encounter reveals the type personality you will be interacting with. She was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Based on the service I was provided today, I would purchase from this location again and recommend it to family and friends.

Sheena was very knowledgeable and helped me to feel more confident in my purchase as she listened to my concerns and was patient with me as I tried out different options. She completely turned the initial experience around, especially since I was about to leave because my initial agent left to help another customer who expressed she was there before but the rep who assisted her was off and she wanted to make the purchase, guess that became a “guaranteed” sale so he became more focused on assisting her. I manage a sales team so I’m not mad and ultimately Sheena was perfect and she was great with my 4yr old who was a ball of chaotic energy followed by the impatient crash and ready to leave

My daughter and I were very satisfied with the ease of purchasing her box spring. The sleep expert, Larry, was able to answer our questions on options to help us in our selection for purchase. Very easy and quick scheduling of delivery!

Sheena, my wife & I can’t thank you enough. You are the “queen of sleep”! Sheena is one of the most incredible sales professionals I’ve ever had the chance to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable. She had the ability to interview us so well, I could think back 10 beds ago. She even took in to consideration my medical situations & was able to acutely suggest the best choices for it. Besides her sheer knowledge. She had a unique ability to just make the entire process completely comfortable. Similar to meditation music in a perfect setting. She was able to take us to the bed selections that fit best & the ones that went against our ways of sleep. Allowing us to dial into the correct fit for us. Her presentation matched with her mind blowing knowledge of the specific details of each mattress was incredible. This was like a master mechanic but with mattresses. This women has a serious gift. We have been in many bad beds due to lack luster mattress professionals. It’s caused extreme issues for my wife and I. You’d think she had a masters degree in bed science.

When we first arrived we were greeted by her co worker, we don’t know her name. This same women held our child at the end of our experience. She let us know we were at the right place. And made it easy for us to enjoy the process. Letting our 2yr old color with her while she worked.

These two women deserve some serious recognition. You’d a thought they owned this building & company. Two absolute souls of gold! My wife and I will never forget this. You just don’t find the authentic integrity these women held.

God blessed us with two very incredible people to work with. We had so many bad beds it was actually a scary to go on the hunt again. Sheena & her co worker changed that today. And now mattress firm has a forever customer. As a previous business owner myself. It would be wise to whoever owns this company to pay close attention. And invest in these two individuals. Because they have a potential to do very great things for your brand.

I went in to Mattress Firm already knowing what mattress I wanted. The salesman Kumar was very knowledgeable and just gave me so much information about comfort and what products they had to offer. He helped me apply and use the synchrony bank card to make my purchase with 24 months no interest, which is what I wanted. It was all very easy. I came out learning so much helpful information about the importance of sheets and mattress covers lol, I can't wait for my new bed.

I worked with Drea and she was absolutely amazing! She showed me exactly what each adjustable base could do and how it could benefit me and my body then she assisted with teaching me better ways to rest. I’m so excited for my base to come in and get the sleep that I deserve.
Please note: the system went down while I was in the store and she used her personal cell to call other stores to get a grasp on inventory and get my purchase completed. She’s amazing! She was great with my daughter and we had a great time while shopping.

Talked to Shandea at Rivergate and she was GREAT!! Had to call her back to make a change and she was so helpful. She made the entire ordering and scheduling of delivery so easy! I would definitely recommend her!

I had a fantastic experience today with Jessica Reddick. She was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, providing outstanding customer service. Her expertise in all the different types of mattresses made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.

But in all honesty she is the perfect sleep expert that helped us get the perfect mattress that’s comfortable for different sleeping patterns, I use to toss and turn throughout the night, but BABBYYY when I tell you this “Beautyrest PressureSmart Lux Firm PillowTop” mattress really got me sleeping very peacefully, and waking up feeling refreshed!!!! Thank you sooooo much Drea for all that you have done!!! I pray you continue to be a blessing to others as you were to us!!!

Sheena was incredible to work with!! My husband and I came in on a Friday night, and she was so personable and extremely professional. She made the experience fun when it was honestly something we weren’t looking forward to originally. We had our mattress and base delivered today (only took a day and a half to get here!) in the time window she set up for us. Everything is exactly as she explained it would be. Our experience was very positive. Jason was careful to assess what our needs were and then shared the options available. He was very patient with us as we actually visited 3 times before we made our final decision. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. Because of that we feel we have made the right decision and would recommend the store and especially the sleep expert, Jason.
