The person working the drive through this morning is amazing! All staff seemed happy and they put a smile on my face. I never thought I’d have a favorite Starbucks, but this location is stand-out. Thank you for your hard work and positive attitude! The service was also fast and accurate.

Best Starbucks in the Rockford area. Friendliest staff of all the locations. Prepares orders correctly and efficiently! I can always rely on my orders to be done when I arrive and are correct.

First time at this location and what a treat! From the order placed to pick up was a great experience! Super friendly and great attitudes! They were out of a few of our favorites and had a recommendations for replacements which were spot on! Happy smiley and friendly ❤

Usually I have bad experiences at Starbucks, whether it’s messing up my order or the workers being rude. Every single time I have gone to this Starbucks, the drive through workers go above and beyond in kindness. They always spark conversation and are so kind. I always go through the drive through and the person at the speaker is always so polite and my order has been correct every time in a fast manner. I love this Starbucks so much!

Starbucks is generally just Starbucks. This location however, deserves every one of their 5 stars! Some of the most polite, friendly employees I've ever encountered at this spot. I make a point to only go to this Loves Park location because of this. Keep up the great work guys!

Absolutely amazing! The people here are so kind. I am able to get work done, sip my coffee, and enjoy the team's energy. I worked in food service for 5 years and this is one of the greatest environments I've witnessed. They are constantly putting smiles on the customer's faces and their joy is seriously contagious! Thank you for being awesome!

This store has easily become the best Starbucks in the Rockford/Loves park area. The employees here are the sweetest, and they always get my drinks right! A lot of my friends and relatives seem to agree!

I've been to many Starbucks across the U.S. and this was the best one, hands down! The staff was friendly to not only me, but everyone who came in. I sat there for an hour to get some work done while traveling through and I definitely noticed how the staff made a genuine effort to know their patrons personally. Way to go!

I use the app to order ahead and it is always there waiting for me.

Everyone was super nice and it's by far one of the best Starbucks drinks I've ever had. Usually my tea is too sweet or they don't add enough sugar. This time it was perfect 🥰

This location always has friendly service at the drive thru. They’re always personable and friendly. My order is always correct too!

It wasn’t too busy when I went. I got my drink fairly quickly. And I used the bathroom which was very clean.

it was a very late night but the customer service was phenomenal. shoutout to the two people who served me, i didn’t even mind that they were out of peppermint syrup!! thanks for making me smile.

I order on the go with the app so there are no real problems when I get my order from this location, always a good place for your favorite Starbucks Coffee.
