Things have changed! Summer is stepping back because of Daycare for her children! I wish I could give her what’s she is worth, triple over! PetSmart should do more for Summer!

I went in on 3/29/24 and bought a beautiful Mexican Fireleg tarantula that from the workers words, had been there a while and was glad to see him go home with me. I cannot remember the nice lady working the register that morning and she said she would love a future update on the cool guy so here it is...

It has made itself at home in its new enclosure and so much so that it "new home, new me" and is currently in molting process. I've only had it two solid days and it's going great and hoping with this molt, I can sex it to know if it's male or female! Wish I could post pictures and video of the molting process but hopefully, the workers that morning see this and are happy to know it's thriving well! Thank you guys at Petsmart!! I think it was destiny to stumble upon this guy that day and I have a soft spot for spiders who get picked over. It's got spicy attitude but I love it more!

Had my dog in for a groom and Devon took care of him. She did an amazing job! Kudos to her

First time in that store it was okay. I thought it was reasonably priced on something. Some things I thought were too high but that's just me and took me forever to find the bathroom because they didn't have people on the floor in. The one person was busy with another customer and I wasn't going to interrupt them but I would go back.

The staff are always helpful and attentive to my needs. When buying fish, I always am given all the information I need and then some from the employees. They know what they're talking about and love to help

Really nice post store with nice variety of supplies and some pets. Kids loved it.

Only thing I wish they would do is start carrying “grain free treats” at the check out! That way my puppy can feel special just like the pup in front of her!

Expensive side for prices. The pet rental carpet shampoo is awesome. Just be sure to check the machine before leaving the store to be sure that they have cleaned it from last use. Wide selection of items.

Five stars to trainer Jenna! My pup loves coming to class and Jenna has done a terrific job with him.
My boy has graduated Basic and Intermediate training and will be moving on to Advanced.

Went before Christmas was able to get our dogs picture taken with Santa. He was great with the dogs.

Although no one in the store ever spoke to me or even asked if I need help. The cashier greeted me when I walked in she was friendly and professional. Matched online prices, answered questions and called for assistance to help load my vehicle.
It is her actions that made me feel like a valued customer. And it is she that earned five stars for the store. If only all employees were this enthused and dedicated to making a customer feel valued.

This is one of the cleanest Petsmarts I've been to. The store is always well stocked. Most I've been to have sections that seem to always be out but not this one. The staff have always been amazing to me. Their exotics care is off tremendously but that is no fault of this particular store. It's the company as a whole. Most chain pet stores are like that though. I prefer this location to the one off State St despite this location being smaller. The staff seem friendlier and the store is cleaner.

The manager of the 173 store was so awesome. Before we realized she was the manager, another customer and I had mentioned we could not place online orders. Just thought it was high traffic on the website. We were the only two standing outside at the time before the doors opened Black Friday. She got both of our orders picked and up by the register as soon as the doors opened. All we had to do was walk in and pay for our large litter orders. It was incredibly thoughtful and overall amazing customer service. Thank you for being so awesome, my fur babies and I greatly appreciated it!
