I know when I go to Advance Auto Parts I will receive great customer service with a positive attitude. I was having an issue with my car battery and Tim did a super job of diagnosing the problem and getting me back on the road quickly. If you have streaky wipers they'll help you pick the right ones for your car and install is free. They're the best in the Omaha Metro.

Chad and Jake were SO amazing and so helpful.
Needed a new headlight and air filter, and they got me all set up.

I came late in the evening and, I think his name was Michael, was very patient and helpful. Once the problem was diagnosed, he was very efficient at getting the battery installed. I will definitely be coming back for future car needs.

Quick and got me the right parts. I had called the parts store across the street for an outer tie rod for a popular car and they were talking about having to special order it and depending on ups it might take a week or two. It was for a trailblazer there are a million of them on the road.

Absolutely the best staff EVER! We come here for all of our car parts and advice. Wyatt and Todd have helped my son with his car numerous times It feels like the entire team really cares about helping their customers. They always take time to answer our questions, offer advice and guidance. I love this place and all the people who work here. They make our auto lives so much easier

I had an exceptional experience here. The store was slow and it was getting late but a young man named Zavier stepped right up to help. He was friendly, knowledgable, professional, courteous, and took a genuine concern about helping me with my issue. He didn't try to upsell me but instead offered his insights and experience and suggested what he felt was the best option rather than the most expensive. Good employees like Zavier DO NOT grow on trees. Highly recommended.

The folks here are always friendly, helpful and know their auto parts. It takes me 30 minutes to change my wiper blades but Todd H can do it 3 minutes. Thanks for your excellent service.

Tyler was the most honest, knowledgable, resourceful associate at the store. He was very polite and diligent to show the differences between tools and sockets, prices and benefits. He was very courteous and awesome sales associate as well. We are so pleased with his service at the store!!!

As a woman I trust that they won't upsell their products. I went in thinking I needed spark plugs and after the cashier asked a few questions, suggested a cheaper solution first. Very polite and knowledgeable.

The service guys were very helpful and installed my wiper blades for me in the freezing cold! He wouldn't take a tip and was just happy to help.

Got good service for my brakes. Went to get wiper blades 25$ for one blade. I said good by. And went to Wallmart, 10$ a blade exact same blade.

Got free engine test and some great strawberry car spray. The young man knew how to use his equipment and read the codes. Great customer experience.

In the 16 years I've been going here for parts the staff has always been friendly and helpful and are good about returned parts.
