JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I was at the Joann fabrics 02/19/2021. I was there to pick up fabric. There was a sales associate named Judy. She was helping a elderly couple and she helped them get a coupon online and she couldn't touch their phone but she guided them through the process, and I told her she was exceptional at her job with helping that couple. She also noticed my U.S. Army Medical Corps jacket and Operation Iraqi Freedom had and made it a point to tell me about the Veteran's discount I get there. I am always happy and appreciative of the help and courtesy I get at JOANN Fabrics in Clinton, Ct.

JOANN Fabric and caft store, is Great place to shop. The workers are helpful and nice. It's my favorite.

Even though this a smaller Joann I will always pop in here for whatever I can because they allow my dog to come with me and she LOVES coming in. Really special places in life include the entire family- and my pup is my baby. I wish more stores followed this lead, especially if they allow young children in the store :..)

In the face of total holiday madness, the staff at Joanna’s in Clinton still manages to be kind, helpful, and cheerful. I went looking for a very specific item today and they all but tore the store apart to help me find it. What a pleasant experience in the midst of such trying times for all in person shopping. Thank you for taking the time and care!

Nice store, very helpful staff, helped me find just what I was looking for. Needed to find a replacement eye for a teddy bear my dad bought my mom for Christmas 44 years ago when they first got married. A simple gift that means alot, and they helped greatly. Thank you!!!

Every time I go here I am met by really friendly faces that are always ready to answer my questions, and boy am I clueless. Most recently I was sewing a gift for Christmas and I have zero experience with fabrics of any kind, so a woman was kind enough to point me in the right direction and even go into some of the details of the project with me. So, great customer service! Wide selection too.

What a nice local craft shop . Nice outside presentation.. I love the store setting.. was greeted twice.. I have never been in here before and was impressed.. there are tons of product in this store.. I don't know how they do it . There is plenty of room though to move freely.. well this local shop is a must stop.. check them out..😀😎

I always find what I need,today was perfect,I needed help to find what I needed in material, i needed some red material almost a denim and they helped me find it where I couldn't. It's for large elbow patches to save a favorite shirt I use mostly all summer.i would like to thank the associate that helped me.

2 or 3 times a week I like the stop at McDonald's Sauces egg muffin with extra sauce is petty and raw onions added to it I walked in at 6 a.m. in the morning and the muffins were toasted perfectly Moe's McDonald's how's that time in the morning usually are a little under cook the muffins that is that's why I gave him five stars just in case you're wondering Dunkin Donuts muffins fake eggs don't even stand up to McDonald's muffins I know this cuz I used visit Dunkin Donuts but since I don't eat sweets anymore McDonald's the best sausage egg and cheese they're pretty good too

Very friendly and helpful employees. Also, I went in to purchase elastic for my masks and ended up with an armful of stuff that was on sale at an amazing price!

Love this place! Great salespeople + variety of products, as well as amazing sales + deals that won't break the bank!

Knowledgeable staff was very helpful, fabric station was efficient and they had great sales. Store was clean and organized.
