Panera Bread

Very nice staff, I love the coffee and drinks bar here and the bread is delicious of course and my favorite salad here is the green goddess Cobb salad, look at how beautiful it is. Great place to stop by for lunch. Large space that can seat many people inside.

Great place to have delicious food. It is huge inside so don't hesitate to bring your family and friends. They have kids' meals too.

This might be such a odd thing to leave a review about but I applaud the manager or whoever took the time to decorate this location with coraline themed Halloween decorations im OBSESSED!! My favorite panera bread now lol. My fiance brought me here and id rather come here then my location near me

I usally go to Panera on Chapel Street but was in the area so stopped here.
Connie on the register is a STAR EMPLOYEE!!
Great customer service, knows the menu and suggests sides that would compliment any entree.
I haven't experienced this type of service in a very long time. Wow!!

Had a fantastic mommy-son date today - this location was clean and had high chairs for us to use! The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, making faces at my baby and helping me navigate a lunch out with a small kid. Alexis in particular was super welcoming! Didn't think I would come away from a Panera with raving reviews, but there you go. The staff here are top notch people.

Came in today to treat myself to a nice day out. The panera where I live has gone down hill but this one was great! The employee who took my order was extremely pleasant to talk to. I have some mental disorders that can make me a little strange to deal with, but he made ordering very upbeat and happy. I am easily overwhelmed and distracted but I was able to tell him exactly what I wanted easily because he took the time to make sure he had my attention. My food was absolutely amazing. I almost always get the same thing, and it may have been even better here than any other panera!

I went into Panera in Hamden today to get my unlimited free drink reward, and maybe some dinner. Not feeling super hungry after losing my job earlier. After having a delightful conversation with the woman at the front register, Caitlyn overheard I had lost my job and looked over and said “whatever he gets it’s on me” …. Let me tell you that changed my entire day. Front entrance to exit I encountered professionalism, warmth, and a connection with the employee like I had never had. I thank you all who worked on Sat 2/25/23 because you all made my day just a little bit better, and I am humbled and grateful and thankful for your work!! Caitlyn you are a sweet soul and keep doing what you’re doing because the minuscule amount this corporation makes, is peanuts compared to the difference CAILTLYN makes! Great place for students of the high school next door to go after school and hang out, or anyone looking to get something tasty. Their menu is updated pretty regularly with great seasonal foods. The atmosphere is very cozy to sit and get some work done. Great selection of pastry and desert foods if you want to get something pretty tasty to eat.

I've ordered Panera catering for several work functions - the online ordering is easy & having everything customizable is great for a large group of people. The food is always great and our staff loves it! Most recently I did have a mishap with an order (items were incorrect/missing) which was a fluke, but when I spoke with the managers they were wonderful about accommodating me and easily discounted/refunded items. Many thanks to Nick & Dominique for their assistance!

Did an interview here for a caretaker and so happy that my wife and I chose this spot. We had coffee and lunch here, stayed for about 2 hours, and nobody bothered us. Lots of students and office workers there too. Social distancing was great and Panera staff were very friendly.

Love Panera's! Good place to meet friends. The salads and soups are healthy and good. And If you're into pastries, specialty coffees and teas you'll be very happy here. Good fruit smoothies too and they allow people to sit and talk, work on their computers or conduct business without worrying about how long you're there. One of my favorite places to meet friends!

Friendly service, good portions of what's on the Panera menu. Lately they are able to keep up with demand in baked goods. I wish they would had back some of the cool pastries they had in 2019.
A busy place!

you know Panera Breads food is always fantastic without a doubt n I hv no problem ever paying for what I ordered but when your lunch bill is 16bucks and you ordered their delicious turkey sandwich w/bacon avocado lettuce tomato w/a yummy drink and then you open your sandwich to take a look at the preparation and see just a "small dollop" of turkey meat on each side that's a problem smh I ordered a "turkey" sandwich w/bacon and avocado and not a bacon avocado lettuce and tomato sandwich!

Sip club is awesome. Love mixing my own beverages with free sips and refills.

Love there new sandwiches, especially the mozzarella and tomato. Can't ho wrong with any of their soups.

Everything they serve is fresh. Sanwiches and combos atract many taste buds. Ample parking with indoor and outdoor dining areas. Friendly staff! Large variety of bagels and toppings. Great for family's and groups WiFi hook ups.

Efficient very friendly associates I'm vegan the young lady who took my order knew everything I needed help to decide which dish to have she just went above and beyond. Everry time I visit panera bread the experience is great. Waiting for your food isn't the fastest but hey you can't rush good food ...I love panera bread
