Wendy's

We only drove through the drive-thru. The server was quick and smiled. When we sat in the parking lot enjoying our meal, it was a pleasure to see how hot and fresh the fries and the rest of the food were.

For a fast food restaurant, Wendy's is one of the best. Good menu selection. Food fresh and hot. Generous portions. Fries really are delicious, better than any other fast food chain. Prices reasonable. Staff friendly. Would highly recommend for a quick, on-the-go meal.

This location moved the lines very quickly. There were 5 cars before me and I only had a 10 minute wait to get to the speaker to place my order.
Lots of parking space. Handicap accessible. Very clean. Easy in and out from traffic.

This is by far the nicest Wendy's I have been to. The building was nice, the inside was modern and clean, and a very nice woman took my order this morning with no issues from my special request. Will definitely come here after the gym more often.

Wish I can rate a 0 customer service I HORRIBLE especially african american lady in window lady gave me any order and drink she saw near her ! Everything was wrong and was extremely rude . after that experience every single one been horrible today I went in the morning at 10 am no line in drive thru they have you wait to order and cars on the side slow for what when there isn't even busy. I work at Wendy's in orange even when there is a line we try and get thru orders quickly and nicely . I pulled up after waiting forverr and the lady had NO GLAVES ON grabbed my card and all with no gloves this place is ran horribly and has the worst employees will be calling corporate next time .

This is shortly after their recent renovation. I went in during a rainy day fully expecting to wait due to everyone going using the drive-thru. Regardless I received my order pretty quick. Good staff and made sure we were accommodated.

Excellent double cheeseburgers and hot fries. Store has been rearranged and line is fast moving. It takes a crew to give great customer service and they do it ! Clean overall appearance.

The staff is nice and friendly plus they got my order rite on the 1st try. The place is nice and small but cozy, the women bathroom always clean and smell good.The food is so good they alwayz have a long line of people waiting 2 place there order.

New review: This is the most wonderful place in the world and I apologize for saying anything else. Extremely cheap if you buy the right thing (rn the 4 for 4.44), have a lot of amazing deals (1 dollar any size frappeccino) and it is so much better then the other 2 big fast food burger places.

For the price, Wendy's has some darn good burgers. Better than McDonalds and Burger King and way better value and pretty close quality to the premium chains

And it may be an unpopular opinion with the rest of my family, but the fries are good too. Wish the Frosty was a milkshake tho.

Our Wendy's here in Hamden is clean, modern, safe neighborhood. Near lots of shopping if you're travelling through. Right next to lots of other food.

All that they need for me to give it five stars is. Oh wait, I have it five stars so nvm.

The $5 biggie deals are great when you do not have a lot of money, time and need to feed more than one person. Biggie deal is a meal. You get a sandwich, fries and a drink.

Omg the best fast food in my opinion. Their baconator fries were so good I was dancing while I was eating them. And they have the best chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. Oh my goodness...yummo.

Perhaps it was the time of day, but I was serviced immediately and my order, with made-to-order sandwich, was ready faster than ever. I actually questioned whether it was the custom one, but the entire order was perfect.

Loved the staff and the food was AWESOME! I am very picky and they accommodated me without a single complaint!

I had such a great customer experience while visiting Wendy's on Whalley Avenue the cashier was extremely friendly I gave her a little extra money and she corrected the mistake I end up giving her a nice tip

Got take out that was fast and correct. Could here well at the speaker and all the food was good.

I got the 4 for $4 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger deal, requesting NO mayo and extra ketchup with a chocolate Frosty and sweat and sour sauce for the nuggets, and I surprisingly got EXACTLY what I ordered (which never happens, anywhere lol).

The customer service was awesome, the food was great, and the bathrooms were impeccable... I'll definitely eat here again 😊

I like Wendy's but there just extremely slow and when you have the drive with 3 cars and you constantly have to pull over and wait for your food I will leave they need a better routine
