Always friendly and fast. Coffee is ALWAYS good and their breakfast sandwiches too. Love the new set up of the place. As always a FAVORITE of ours. Picked up some new merch and scored an exclusive Saturday sticker for a weekend promo they had going on.

Nice place with a good ambience. If you want to try something different from Starbucks give this place a try. And it supports veterans. Most of the merchandise is MADE IN USA

Nice store great people. Whoever taste tests the beans in the higher echelons of the company needs to quit buying into fruity type beans that taste like hot garbage. most people don't like light roasts anyways. Also I'm glad to hear the food will be changing soon the sausage grenades suck and the other options don't really count as meals

Amazing service... best coffee ever. The batista with the blonde hair - ugh, I can not remember her name... but she was amazing. She helped me find the perfect coffee drink, which was the salted caramel blender with an extra shot of jet fuel. Absolutely delicious. She also took the time to show me some of the merchandise in the store and talk to me about the different tee shirts. I love that a 1st responder and military discount is offered at every transaction. They all deserve that. 10 out of 10.

My first retail experience while traveling exceeded my expectations. I ordered a iced roasted hazelnut latte. One of the strongest and tasty coffees I've had ever. Was given a veteran discount too. Great place! Look forward to going again to try additional options and items.

The coffee here just hits different. Hands down would choose BRCC over Starbucks any day. My drink was not too sweet and was the exact caffeine rush I needed. Wish there was a storefront in RVA. Cozy and relaxed vibes in this coffee shop. Barista was nice and friendly. Merchandise and to-go products were fully stocked. So much to choose from.

Highly recommend. Their coffee is on point and just as good as Starbucks. I love their gear and accessories. There are surveys you can take that will give you a free small coffee… every time you order a coffee- which means you could get free coffee every other order.

Only downside is they need to step up their app

I don't consider myself a serious coffee drinker but I real enjoy this spot. Starbucks is always packed so one day I decided to try Black Rifle and now it's my go to location for a pick me up. I don't go for the fancy drinks, I just need a boost sometimes. The staff is nice at helping me decide with recommendations. They are patient. Coffee comes with an extra shot and them breakfast sandwich are so good.

The best thing about this store is the 10% discount for military, veterans, and first responders. (Doing forget your ID). I enjoyed the military themed decorations. I also like that they took on Starbucks by opening up next to a very busy SB store. My latte was a bit disappointing, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Stay tuned.

The staff were exceptional and enthusiastic. They inspired me to pay if forward. I hope the people after me had a great day.

I love supporting any veteran owned businesses! The hot coffee was very good, the iced was so rich and toasty and the coffee cake had a yummy thick layer of nuts. I also bought k cups and shirts to take back to KS.

Iced mocha coffee was great and the burrito grenade was yummy. Blueberry scone was great too.

I went today and ordered a cream cheese danish and an iced caramel latte. Initially, I refused to go to Black Rifle Coffee because all of the photos made me think the shop was for men only. Everything looks super masculine and I didn’t think a women, like myself, should go. I ended up going today after I saw the Starbucks line wrapped around the building. Sooo glad I did. The coffee is a mix between Summer Moon and Dutch Bros. The caramel was delicious and I was relieved to know they offered almond milk. The cafe was clean and orderly. The staff were all super friendly and professional. I have been here a month and have searched for a local coffee shop to go to during the week. This one fits the bill nicely. Although it did get pretty loud after 1:45/2pm like a high-school cafeteria. The danish was nice but I’m not sure I’d order again. Please offer vegan sausage breakfast sandwich like Starbucks

came here looking for copper but a diamond in the rough of a coffee shop upon entre my family and i were greeted as soon as we walked in by a Barista named Jason. He was very helpful and communicative on which choices would be best. we let him take the reigns on how the coffee would be prepared. Selecting the american dream coffee was my best decision for a hot day, every sip felt like screaming eagles of pure america. it taste just like a cake . thank you Jason for the experience keep being yourself and a great worker

Had to try out the newly opened Black Rifle Coffee Company shop. It was great and flavorful! They also hand a lot of BRCC merchandise to pick from!

I drop in here 2-3 mornings a week to grab a coffee and get a head start on work for the day. I think this equation sums things up:

Black Rifle > Starbucks

I do not understand how the Starbucks next door is till in business with a far superior Black Rifle so near. BR coffee is better, BR customer service is better, BR vibe is better and - based on the times I've been inside a Starbucks anywhere (including the one next door) - BR is WAY cleaner.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!! Plenty of coolest shirts, Keurig cups of black rifle coffee, ETC! Cashiers and baristas are very friendly and coolest. My order is completed and on time. Highly recommended to everyone to go there.

I get coffee from several sources.....I live in the middle of no where. So, I order my coffee beans.... I've bought from several bigger companies, smaller businesses, to mom and pop coffee shops, they all have something to offer. When Black Rifle started, I loved the commercials, I loved coffee, I bought some. They had a good really good product so it was put on my list of places I order coffee beans from. Sometimes I'd order for home, gift, or to take to the station. So imagine my surprise when they had a coffee shop I could walk into that's on the way to my in-laws! This is great news. This is a place where the employees are friendly and fast. A nice variety of coffee.....I really only drink americano.... with extra shots, but my wife is happy they have other options! Black Rifle is a good company that's doing good things! To the employees in Harker Heights, thank you and keep up the outstanding service.

Store front is clean. Atmosphere inside is welcoming. Great customer service. Love the coffee and breakfast is always great.
