Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I read a few reviews before arriving this location. I am happy to share that I was not disappointed. My chia oatmeal pudding was picture perfect and delicious. It was a perfect start to an expected great day and a routine workout. The location was extremely clean. The service was friendly. This will be a great stop to get a quick smoothie, snack or tropic bowl on the way to the gym.

I went by the harker heights location this morning, and the opening shift leader was adorable and extremely pleasant. The food and smoothie were wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

I've been coming to this location since they first opened, so I've seen the growth... Customer service has improved...the consistent taste of smoothies has improved...the overall operation has improved...

The owner is awesome, she's humble, driven, approachable, will listen to you without getting an attitude, very calm demeanor and has a positive attitude... She's great!!! She's done an excellent job hiring the right managers over time...The staff treats me very well and I appreciate that...I'm a super regular customer who's very picky, not always easy to deal with but the staff has done excellent!!! Love their smoothies. I haven’t tried their food yet, but according to my daughter in law, the chicken wrap is delicious. If you like berry flavors, I recommend the bahama mama, if you like mango, the mango magic is really good. I tried the sunrise sunset, and if you like oj then this could be the drink for you. Not what I expected, according to the ingredients it should be more berry flavor, but it isn’t. Customer service inside is excellent. We’ve also gone through the drive thru, and that customer service needs to be improved. Sorry no photos of the smoothies.

so good! the staff were so friendly and funny. even though we came in so close to closing time they were more than willing to help us out. definitely going again!

My fiance and I just moved to the area and love smoothies and somewhat healthy food. Saw this place and, wow! Food was ready on time, staff was friendly. Smoothies were on point and huge!!!! Wraps are phenomenal can't wait to try another. Definitely our new spot. Highly recommend

Let me start by saying that I always look for negativity in things. But I was shocked about this facility.
This place popped up in my google search as a local healthy food place. I did start to read the lowest reviews to hear the bad about this facility. I really loved the fact that the representative from the business did put responses to most of those reviews and that made me decide to stop by.
The location was really great. People around here can really understand that how lucky and blessed we are to have such a good place I. This area. Upon waking in, the facility was well landscapes and clean. I saw six employees in action. As I walked towards the counter, I can see that it’s a very well defined menu for the consumers and the prices were surprisingly economical. They were even less than any fast food combo meal mostly while enjoying healthy food.
I ordered a mocha shake with whey protein choice. Also, ordered The hummus veggie bowl with 2 extra portion of chicken. All together was around $14. This was unbelievable. The staff were friendly on discussing the menu since it was my first time.
They gave me coupons and informed me about how to get maximum benefit from their store through downloading the apps.
The shake and foods were amazing. I am a seasonal physique builder. I watch what I eat and I can just see myself being here 4-5 times a week. I even plan to bring my workout friends here as well.
I can not wait to try out all the other tasty menu items. The presentation and looks were great as I saw them serving to other customers.
I completely recommend this place for people of any ages who supports healthy living while tasting great foods.

I've been here about 4 times and I have no complaints. I usually come here or Genghis Grill whenever I'm in this area for work. The sandwiches are really good and the smoothies are even better. The first time I ordered, I thought "oh boy, a smoothie, a sandwich and a side for under $10? I bet it'll be some tiny meal that won't fill me up". But surprisingly it's a good sized meal and gets me really full.

Today was my first visit. Very clean inside. Service was fast and polite. Tried the pesto flatbread it was very tasty. Also tried the kale and apple slaw, that was so good! Smoothies were very large.

I just wanted to say that this place was very delicious and very well priced, compared to Smoothie King and other local smoothie locations. The owner was very kind and helpful even after being treated poorly by a couple of customers trying to get a free smoothie after they had not read the fine print. The owner was still helpful and respectful with me after that fiasco. Don't read the bad reviews go and try it out yourself! It will become your second kitchen!

The food tastes great and is a healthy option. My island green detox tasted extremely fresh and clean and the flat bread was a great touch to my meal. Affordable and allowed me to choose something I truly enjoyed from the large variety of flavorful smoothies they offer. The store was very clean!

The food was very delicious, healthy and reasonably priced. The cafe is nice and clean with a beach theme. There's also a drive-thru. The employees were super friendly and efficient too! They were patient with my request for substituting mango for another fruit. My tasty smoothie was ready within a few minutes and my savory hot flatbread sandwich was done soon after.

So delicious!! Had the buffalo chicken bowl and it was spot on! I love the attention to detail and consideration used while making my smoothie. I have an allergy to strawberries and it was 100% taken care of. Will be a repeat customer

I found this place last night. I had the "Hummus Veggie". It was so good, I had to come back today! The staff is super friendly, Jayla remembered my order and my name. Thought that was very cool. The restaurant has a very chill vibe. Super excited to find this place. It is now my favorite!
The smoothies are delicious too. I had the peach & silky last night and the acai berry boost add pineapple today. Yummy! One happy customer I am🤪

I LOVE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE! Fantastic customer service, very family oriented, great prices and great food!! If you haven't downloaded the app do it! I get 5$ off everytime I Spend 50$ It works and its honest! If you are torn between Smoothie King and this place, you get more for your buck at Tropical Smoothie, if not fresher produce!

This Tropical Smoothie is really a great location 😋. It is tucked away in a small shopping center off of exit 284. The staff is very forth coming and doesn't mind making sure your order is correct before leaving.
