McDonald's

Definitely the best out of the McDonald's in the area. It's not just that the food is cooked to proper times but the presentation is great. Your sandwiches actually look like sandwiches and not like someone just tossed the ingredients on a bun and smashed it together. It's the cleanest one, the best staff. Sure there are closer ones to me but I'll take the extra drive to this one. Well worth it.

Brooke and Mia were amazing!!! The whole town is without power and these ladies came to work with a smile! They had lines coming from every direction and made everyone feel welcome. Thank you for the service and hot food! What a great team at the Indian Trail location!

late post. But the second drive through window.I believe her name is Brook she was great definitely different than the interactions i've had from the other staff.she was actually interactive, it was nice

Went through drive through. Brook was exceptionally helpful and the food was hot! Best service we have received in a long time. Usually we visit Killeen Mcdonalds, HH Mcdonalds was amazing. Definitely recommend.

That last 30 minutes before breakfast time ends at 1030 is cliffhanger due to last minute customers decided your fate, but everything was amazingly fresh.

After a long day at work I come to McDonald’s on my home and as soon as I hear Daniel Wertz voice it makes me so happy he is and amazing employee and just makes my day

The morning crew is awesome! I always stop here in the morning in the drive thru and they are so nice. Everything is fresh from my sweet tea to the cookies! They are quick with my order and never forget anything! The morning shift should get a raise! Love this location! Keep up the good work!

Eric and Sharon made my visit amazing. The store manager was there and she was very friendly also. I plan to go there often, even though I don't live in Harker Heights. It's clean. Food is fresh and hot. Friendly environment. Win win!

Manager was very active in serving customers directly and in directing her employees to offer even better customer service. Food was hot and fresh and her demeanor and attitude was very warm and welcoming and appreciative of her customers. The restaurant was clean and being cleaned the entire time we were there. We had a warm delicious cinnamon roll for dessert and my companion said it was the best thing he had ever put in his mouth.

I really really appreciate the ladies' clear up animosity I had with an employee's mistake. I was told the small was a medium for a frappe. The manager blessed me with frappe. It's 106° I'm very greatful

It's McDonald's but with fresh hot food. I get the filet everytime. Reminds me of school lunch fish sandwiches. So yummy with their fries and a small sprite

Only used the bathroom and it was very clean

staff were extremely friendly and helpful. placed a large order of nuggets and they had it ready for me very quickly

It’s freakin’ McDonald’s. Get over yourselves. I’ve gone to this location over 5 years. I’ve had some disappointments with this location but they were usually just an inconvenience. They do strive to fix your order if they messed up. Overall, this is MY McDonald’s!

I only stopped to get kids berger meat, cheese & bread only for my 4-legged babies.

Last night (21 Jan 2022 @ approx 11:45 ish could have been later ) was the best McDonald’s experience I can remember since I was a child. The woman who took my order at the drive through was so well spoken, patient and kind. My Double
1/4 lb. w cheese was actually put together with perfection and the French Fries were amazingly crisp and perfectly salted. I try not to over indulge with fast food but if I ever decide on McDonald’s again I will go out of my way just to visit this particular location in hopes of a repeat experience.

I was buying breakfast for my fellow employees my card was a acting funny the head morning manager paid for half my order. The harker height so was so helpful the young lady was nice no one had a issues.
