Panera Bread

This place is AMAZING!!! Food is always perfect! So dang fresh and delicious! Employees are always so friendly and helpful! Price is awesome too! So much food for such a great price!

Food was ready within five minutes. Tasted great.

I ordered Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup Bread Bowl
Diced chicken, long grain and wild rice, celery, onion and carrots simmered in chicken stock with cream and select herbs. The bread bowls are delicious unfortunately you cannot order pizza or various items at this also you must use a kiosk to place. My order was ready in about eight to ten minutes. I give this Panera bread location 👍👍

Food is good. Service was fast. This is not a sit down location. You order, pickup, and go. I dislike the coffee. It's too bitter. It's done in a machine on demand as customers come in. The sit down locations brew the coffee in a large vat or what ever they call it. The coffee is much smoother tasting. My Keurig makes better tasting and smoother coffee.

Not a big selection because it's a to-go Panera. Good food and quick service. The Tomatoe basil bread was baked to perfection but missing the bread crumbs (not sure if Panera stopped using them) but over all , good 🙂

It gets you your quick easy Panera fix but don’t expect variety or options.
It’s not like other Panera’s. It’s fully kiosk/mobile ran, no sitting areas and they are more limited on food items than other paneras. No warm bowls and lacking many pastries.
Also you can’t really ask to change your order either unless you yell at them which I’d prefer not to do since there are no employees on a register.
They are faster though I’ll give them that! And the quality doesn’t go down, just variety and atmosphere.

The quality of the food I've had has been fine. I understand the limited menu but they need to survey those of us who would go there. I will have to drive to Perrysburg to get my fix as each time I've tried, they haven't had my preferred items. I tried several back up options but they were also unavailable.

Delicious brocolli cheddar soup but the Baggett was only about a 2 inch slice. Half the normal size.

If I order a WHOLE salad, the bowl should not be HALF full.

Limited menus leaves off a lot of things I like. It’s also incredibly inconvenient that they don’t take cash, and they can’t even do physical gift cards. Pretty disappointed at how this one is ran and definitely prefer the Monroe street/Perrysburg locations. At least there you can sit down.

When me and my mother are there the first time it was not that great the soup had more broth than anything in it and the bread bowl was sour and tasted. Expired I liked the baguette but I was hard

I called ahead and was told soup was be ready at 11:00am. All soups, salads and lattes were marked as sold out online. Upon arrival, the soup was still not ready and it was an additional hour wait. I ordered a latte and my coworker ordered additional things for our office. Upon receiving our order, my coworker's sandwich was missing from the bag, her mac and cheese portion was incredibly small, and the smoothies were warm to the touch. Very poor experience. Get it together!

First time ordering food from this location. Missing the chicken on my chicken sandwich.. also was missing my two baguettes and two chips in my order. Will be driving to perrysburg from now on. Never disappointed there like I was here.

The woman watered down my charged lemonade because I pointed out it should have been a large not a regular. Will continue using the one on airport highway. They're more pleasant and people friendly.
